I have a 19' GT Mustang. I just put on kooks 1 7/8 catless headers and im looking for a tune. There seems to be a lot of options and im overwhelmed with the decisions.

Im looking at a custom tune or shop tune. Witch is better? Of the custom tunes everyone recommends Lund but what about Ortiz, PBD etc. I want a good e85 tune for the street and occasional track.

Thanks anything helps

For an NA car either of us will work really. The question after that is what type of support you'd like. Currently I try to call people on the phone to go over things or answer certain questions, sometimes even diagnose items in real time. Not always mainly because I'm only one person but the times I am available we do this no problem. If you have any questions send me a pm if you'd like. Cheers!

Doesn’t Lund have the largest volume of any Coyote tuner? The more experienced the tuner, the better.

I would never let a fly-by-night tuner work on my car.

Lund got lazy. They will not talk to you on the phone, they will ridicule you if you ask a question they don't like. If your car acts up with their tune, they will blame your car, even if it is the tune.

My advice is to not use Lund.

People want $300 worth of support for a $300 tune.

I've looked at several Lund tunes. I am not surprised some cars don't run well on it.

They got lazy.

As for Lund, all you need is right here, dude has issues with his tunes and refuses to admit it's his tune, beefcake is a big seller and they can no longer recommend him, they are only 1 of many but the little peoples stories don't often get heard but the fact Lund would treat someone who has earned him such a substantial amount of money really let's you know how shitty he treats people who are just looking for a tune and aren't a big company/business. Go with shaun at AED for the best tuning for 5.0s or Ortiz or shoemaker. Those are the top 3 in that specific order. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/th...ger-supporting-lund-tuning-after-9-27.180907/

Why leave Wengerd Performance off that list ?
Shit that's the one I forgot. I knew I was forgetting the name of a very popular one I just couldn't place it, thought it was shoemaker but didn't sound right.

My order would be Shaun at AED/wengerd either one is top tier I just like Shaun's customer service a tad bit more. Ortiz then shoemaker

I was a little annoyed by Wengerd. I am not having my car tuned at this moment, but I shot him an email specifically mentioning that I will be using him in the future, and asked some setup questions. Rather than addressing any of my questions about my interest in a PD blower setup he tried to convince me to go with an ESS kit. Kind of turned me off.
