Why the attitude?

I work in sales and I would never treat a prospective customer like that. I don’t see the reason for it. It’s not like running a PD blower is unheard of and answering a few simple questions would make me a customer. Instead I’m looking elsewhere. I feel like there is a level of arrogance in within the automotive performance industry. I never had this issue with a previous tuner under a different platform and he earned thousands of dollars in my business.

Lund got lazy. They will not talk to you on the phone, they will ridicule you if you ask a question they don't like. If your car acts up with their tune, they will blame your car, even if it is the tune.

My advice is to not use Lund.

Well, Bob Lob Law agrees with you, apparently has a vehement disdain towards Lund. I’m sure some of the replies on this thread reflect conflict of interest as well.

I was a little annoyed by Wengerd. I am not having my car tuned at this moment, but I shot him an email specifically mentioning that I will be using him in the future, and asked some setup questions. Rather than addressing any of my questions about my interest in a PD blower setup he tried to convince me to go with an ESS kit. Kind of turned me off.

The ESS guys jock him big time. Not surprised to hear his recommendation. PD blowers are great, run it.

All you need to do is watch their mouth piece on you tube. He tells everyone how stupid their customers are.

Recently installed ‘18 intake manifold on my ‘17 and i purchased a tune through Shrader performance out of NC and i am very satisfied with how my car runs. Very quick response to emails and questions i had. Highly recommend

Tuned and built by Palm Beach Dyno here and have nothing but good things. I have a Chris tune for E85 and Kolby tune for 93.

Rock solid idle, shifts are nuts when you want them and runs cool.

Alex from Lund answered all my questions and tuned my car to perfection. I will be getting my new Mach 1 tuned on E85 very soon and will report back on the experience.

I realize there is a need for some to cheerlead for certain tuners by downing others. I would say, don’t use Lund so me and my friends can get our Lund tunes faster.
