So, my Mustang is currently at 25k, and the brakes are starting to look a bit tired, but maybe with a bit more life in them.

In any case, I want to do both a fluid flush/change and change the pads/rotors, but the questions is what ones to buy.
Requirements - Daily driving (including MA winters) with MAYBE one or two Auto-X or Track Days a year.

For a fluid, I've already bought Motul RBF600. Simply because it was easily available and offers good performance. But if Castrol SRF is that much better, hey, Amazon return policy.

For pads, I'm looking at getting the G-Loc R6 compound at the front and rear. (https://www.opmustang.com/store/p60..._Mustang_EcoBoost_PP_-_GT_Non_PP_Front.html#/) If this is too hard to use in winter conditions, I'll go to GS-1 instead.

For rotors, I'm looking at the Raybestos rotors (front - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=8169248&cc=3340759&jsn=916 , rear - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=8169272&cc=3340759&jsn=911) since I've heard good things, especially at the price. But again, if there is a better option, I am open to it.

AS far as extra stuff, I'm looking at the JLT brake cooling vents (https://www.cjponyparts.com/jlt-per...dREziV6oioTT-xo1lRNr4lzYsvV6-GIkaAvmlEALw_wcB) and switching to the PP dust shields, but I'm not sure what the ford part # is. I think it is FR3Z-2K005-CC/2K004-CC, but I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere. Are these them? (https://www.fordpartsgiant.com/part...ang&Year=2016&Submodel=&Filter=()&Location=pd:, bhttps://www.fordpartsgiant.com/part...ang&Year=2016&Submodel=&Filter=()&Location=pd:,)

In the far future, I would put on the brembo PP brakes, but only after my Blizzak tires run their course or I find some very cheap rims that can fit them. So not any time soon.

Any advice is appreciated!

You can find pp brembo takeoffs on ebay for 450 - 500 $. Check Shelby Auctions, they use to show up pretty frequently(I assume every time they put a supersnake together).
There's also a thread here for getting a brembo kit together cheaply.

I would do it, but my winter wheels are the stock 18" wheels, they would not be able to fit the brembos. So throw in buying a new set of wheels and tires into that.

I'll definitely keep my eye on them, but it's still around $2k for the brembos, not to mention losing blizzaks with only around 6-7k miles on them. Good tires, but not exactly a hot item for selling.

Check marketplace or fb groups, there's often people selling oem black accent package wheels with oem AS tires for pretty cheap(500-600). Might get lucky and find someone in your area.
Could get brembos and a 19 wheels set for 1000ish total.

I would get these based on your usage. From my experience they're up with the absolute best dual purpose pads that can handle a light track day but also have great road manners. They maintain their friction up to 1250 F, which is similar to R8/XP8 pads from G-LOC and Carbotech. Bite is very good too.

Greetings from MA. If you winter drive, the brakes will always look bad. As long as you still have over 3mm of pad thickness, the pads are fine for street driving. Maybe add 1-2 mm if autocrossing, track days are a different animal.

Gotcha, I'll keep the current pads & rotors until I hit 30k or something comes up.
In the mean time, I'll keep looking for cheap 19" rims that clear the brembos.

So, looking into shelbyauctions, the brakes seem to be sold without mounting hardware or brake shields. Is there anyway to get the mounting hardware/shields separately? Or do the OEM shields work with the brembos? (I would assume using the stock mounting hardware would be a stupid risk and/or impossible)
There also seems to be a set of calipers for sale near me, but that's it. Is this the list of stuff I would need to create a full kit? (Ignoring fluid and all that jazz)
I if/when I get the brakes, I will probably put them on next spring when I put my summer tires on and start searching for some used PP wheels for winter, so plenty of time to plan for both.

You can buy the hardware new from ford. I actually bought new hardware and shields. I haven't installed the brembos yet, so i can see if i can find the part numbers for you. We swapped the base brakes on @Bluemustang's car and reused the caliper bolts and washers on the brake hoses. He still had to buy the dust shields and we reused 2/3 bolts for it from the stock shield.

You don't need new lines, so don't worry about that.

Just get the PP dust shields from a Ford parts store along with the calipers and rotors and you're good to go.

Dust shields FR3Z2K005H, FR3Z2K004H
Caliper bolts you will need a total of 4 of these W716471S439
Copper washers that mount between the hose and caliper you will also need 4 of these W711784S300

You are going to find that the dust shields are cheaper than the bolts and washers lol

the copper washers can be found at any decent auto parts store. 10mm if I'm not mistaken.

To be honest, I understand that. Gotta be able to take the force associated with stopping a car.
