The rear of my non-PP GT looks like it has Powerstop drilled/slotted rotors and Extreme carbon fiber ceramic brake pads.

I'm trying to figure out if the front rotors and calipers are stock. I don't think they are but if not, I don't know what they are. I am being lazy and trying to sort it out without having to take stuff apart. The front calipers do not look like what I see listed for a non-PP GT. The front calipers on my GT are about 13-ish" long. I don't see any brand markings on them but I did not think to look for one during the many times I've had the front tires off in the past few months. I've not been able to find anything online that looks like them. Do they look like stock calipers to you or aftermarket of some type?

Yup, looks like the fronts are stock after all. I wonder why the rear rotors were replaced with non-OE ones but the fronts were not.

<I edited the last line for more clarity.>

I guess the previous owner (if it wasn't you) had PP ones up front and sold them separately and put the sock ones back on when they sold the car.

The stock GT calipers are pretty darn stout.

Front calipers are indeed factory. They are 4 piston calipers on Non PP GT cars, they are made by continental. I had the same ones of my car before I upgraded to the brembos.

Are you saying the rear calipers were changed? They look like mine on my GT Premium...and I see FoMoCo on your rear caliper casting.

No, I just meant the rear rotors and pads have been changed from OE and they are Powerstop brand. I have nothing against Powerstop. I have them on my F150 and Fusion. I wonder why the PO did this on the rear. Maybe new ones were needed and they were cheaper or better than the OEM ones.

Sometime over the winter I will take the calipers and rotors off and at least re-lube things and replace the pads if necessary.

Winter weather is soon arriving here in NE Wisconsin so it might be slumber time for Oliver.

Nope, wasn't me. But anything is possible with this car and the PO.
