I had to run back out and look. It's clean oil, not a spot of the froth. Hopefully it's just high humidity and the can doing it's job! It kind of freaked me out! LOLHigh humidity and low temps can cause this. You get a ton of condensation as a result, however, this can also indicate a blown head gasket.
What does the underside of your oil fill cap look like?
Yup not uncommon when it's cold out. It will do it more when you let the car warm up in the driveway. Water/fuel/oil mix. It's cold and you find water and oil in your catch can. That's what it's supposed to do.

Have you been taking a lot of short trips? Just bringing the car up to "temp" generally won't get the oil hot enough to vaporize the water in the system. The oil needs to exceed the boiling point of water (212 degrees F at sea level, 202 where I am) to boil off the waterI had to run back out and look. It's clean oil, not a spot of the froth. I too had a ZX-14, an 08'. It wad a fast Couch for sure. [email protected] at stock wheelbase.Goal for now is just a fast fun street car(somewhat reliable) for a daily. Shooting for 600whp on 91 to start with room to grow a little on a 93 only tune and pully. In a couple of years I'll make it a toy and put a fuel system on it as E85 is everywhere around here. Using a BAP for now, but, will probably go with a fuel system like EngineerMike, Wengerd or a KPM. I'm not going to be doing a return fuel system. I think that 600-680whp will hold me over for a while. I was trying to explain it to the wife last night that I'm looking for a lot more acceleration, more like my old ZX14. That this stage is NOT it! But, the E85 stage is getting closer.
It's literally the only thing that I have ever regretted selling! I want another one day!I too had a ZX-14, an 08'. It wad a fast Couch for sure. [email protected] at stock wheelbase.
Ahh, the wonders of winter driving. Before the days of PCV systems, cars had draft tubes and the fumes would dump into the atmosphere under the car. No issues in the summer but, In the winter, the inside of the "cold" tube looked like creamy chocolate milk from all the condensation. Pretty nasty looking, isn't it.this is what I found. It came from the drivers side. WTF? It's been cold her like 20* F in the mornings. Bad gas? Car runs fine and doesn't seem to have lost any coolant.
