No. I'm Centrifugal, running about 18lbs. My temps go up about 75 degrees on a 1/4 pass. Thanks for the input.

Where are you guys tapping the plumbing? I just ordered my Snow 2.5 kit, spoke to Lund, ordered the VMP IAT sensor y breakout wire. My assumption is in the charge pipe between the MAF and Throttle Body?

+ 75* from start of the 1/4 to the end? Is that normal for a centri? I’ve been wanting to add meth as well but just haven’t done it yet. For safety, for sure the meth would cool the intake charge and keep the car from pulling timing. The added octane is safety measure. For this, no tune required.

The w/m make a huge difference in temperatures and as long as you are not injecting a large amount then you don’t need a tune to take advantage of the benefits. Plus if you take the engine apart at 100,000 miles and have been running w/m the engine will be as clean as the day it was built. The w/m helps clean the intake and runners ( This is especially useful for the gen3 ) and completely steam cleans the cylinders. I have used w/m on N/A engines for this benefit alone. Stop waiting and order a kit there are plenty of benefits

Anyone ever tapped into the intake for the IAT sensor? I'm reading that's the best spot but I'm scared to death to tap into a plastic manifold.

I'd rather not buy another manifold but I appreciate ya. I'll just tap mine.

Maybe, depends how hot it is outside, how hard you are spinning the blower, and some other things. Don’t work it to hard and it won’t heat up to much.

How well did your setup end up working?
