That one was a repo, so beware.. The owner coulda trashed it before the repo man came
Thanks for heads up. Definitely don’t want to go that route! How do you know it’s a repo?

@Bobn57, if you are looking for a pristine Mach, send me a message for more details.

Wow. Looks like a lot of positives for the Mach 1. It definitely stands a part from other Mustangs. Thanks everyone for all the input. It does help.
I love Mach 1s but you’re chatting with enthusiasts here.
I paired my Lightning blue 17 convertible with a 20 GT fastback.
My sister and best mate (average public) did not notice they different cars

I’ve been looking at a 23 Mach1 at our local Ford dealer. I will be turning 64 soon and I am going to get a Mustang to enjoy during retirement. We have had Mustangs in the past. They were 09’s. My question after doing research on the Mach 1 is if this is too much car for a guy that probably will never even do a burnout let alone ever get it on a track? I’m thinking just a GT would be plenty. But this particular car is really in good shape.
Am I overthinking this? Any opinions are appreciated.
I am 64 years old.
I've got 5 6gen Mustang's, 2 of them being Mach 1's, all automatic transmission.
Do not even think twice: go for it ASAP.
I do not feel any difference in performance between the GT's and the Mach's and I do not trck my cars;
but the style and presence of a Mach 1 make it second to none.

I don’t know if this thread is still viable, but here’s my two cents. I’m 67, enjoy an occasional track day and do not think that the MachI is too much car. Mine is a three pedal and other than swapping out the clutch spring. It’s bone stock. Fun car to drive.

So you compared two Mustang GT's and there was no difference? lol

I'm 79. I've had a 2017 GT PP Premium since new. It's Roush Supercharged and lots of other mods. Makes me grin every time I drive it. Go for it or you'll regret it later.

Ended up with a 21 GT/CS. 7000 miles A10. It is plenty of car for me. I have no interest in doing track days or anything like that. Last Mustang I had was 09 GT. They have come a long way.
