Front tires too much poke?

Yes it does have some pole and the lip will help to mitigate that but you’re gonna want to put some camber into it as well. It’ll handle way better too.

My settings may be a little too aggressive for your needs (and I drilled out my shock towers).

I would get the fender mouldings then go to a trusted alignment shop and tune to taste. I would think that -2.5 should be the more than enough

Stretch is minimal, 285s work fine. 10.5" rim has 275/285 as recommended, 265 as minimum, 295 as maximum. Ford used bit bigger which works too without bulging.
