This recall was issued 15 months ago. Before announcing the recall, Ford had plenty of time to investigate the problem. After they placed the recall, they had more than a year to study the case. I've been informed that Michelin is phasing out the 4S. Now what tire are we going to install in our Mustang's? I am kind of worried about traction, quality, durability, wet pavements.... I've been offered Michelin Pilot Sport 5 and Pilot Sport 4 I do not know anything about these tire models...

Looks like the tramlining alone is reason enough to stay with the Pilot Sport 4S.... Not to mention poor traction in the rain. Tks!

Hi everyone I've heard the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires will damage the fender's painting, for these tires collect a lot of little rocks. And durability is poor.
