OK, I was wondering - on the inside - the center dash cluster on the Mach 1 - do both HP and NON-hp have it in the US, is it optional, or it is HP cars only?

All exports, except for South Africa I guess, do not get the gauges at all, so I was curious about the US ones.

All USA Mustang Mach 1‘s have gauges.

I think I have to start a new thread "Exports vs US Non-HP Mach 1 differences"... So many things already...

I believe the biggest thing export cars are lacking is the Torsen. Correct me if I'm wrong. That would be the biggest pain to add.

Why pain to add? Isn't it straigh swap (for a few thousand dollars)? And is there really any noticable difference? Not like I could tell with 10R80 myself, but somehow I had the impression that the Torsen vs Ford LSD is a pretty small difference for the most part?

Imo the differences are not big at all. It's mostly about psychology. This line of thought is really a rabbit's hole / OCD kind of thing.

I don't really have a definitive answer to that. The Torsen diff is available for purchase for about 800 bucks. The whole replacement kit with gaskets and stuff is around 4-500. The pinion and gear set for 3.73:1 ratio is yet another 1500-ish bucks. So the grand total in materials is around 3k.
Now the Torsen is claimed to be better and more durable, however ALL EU/export cars, both manual and automatics, come with the 3.55 gear ratio setup. So the 3.55 is more terminal speed, 3.73 is more torque. The same result in terms of performance of the car is achievable with toying around with the wheel set-up. So does it really make sense to spend 3K+ I think is more of a personal preference.

And YES, I think the 3.73 setup on the US manual Mach 1 IS BETTER,but it is just a personal and subjective opinion.

The Export / EU Version misses 20 horses from the 21 Mach 1. In Europe we have 460HP, in US 2021 has 480. The reason is claimed to be the EU Co2 regulations. We have both GPF and Cats and I think the engine is detuned to match the emissions. We have a guy who decided to go with a US tune to 500 horses, and he had to replace tons of stuff because of that, both cats were melted, cylinder 8 had major issues... crazy stuff.

The rest seem to be more of cosmetics missing compared to the US non-HP pack. Compared to HP - it is the same as the comparison between US HP and non-HP.

On top of that - we DON'T get the owner's kit. Don't get the cambers, etc...
