It’s just curious that the part number doesn’t work.
I noticed when I go to the Ford Performance site and look under the 2018-2021 mustang, I can’t find the wheels. If I search for the part number, they come up. Maybe Ford Performance was a little premature listing these? I noticed the PP2 look a like wheels are $1,650 for a set, can’t imagine the HP wheels would be $350 cheaper for the set.

Love the HP wheels, I would have them done in a Hyper Silver. Its just I bet they weigh a ton. Maybe worth it to go with a 10" wide wheel and less footprint on the front for the lighter wheels. I bet in the 10lbs+ per wheel.

I'm still REALLY confused why people think ANY wheel that fits a PPGT won't fit a Mach1. it's all the same calipers, rotors, spacing... ect

Bullitt guys are running base Mach1 wheels just fine already. You can put on any other wheel that a PP1/2/Bullitt can.

About the same as a boat anchor :cwl:
I saw the inside of one, it had a part# for the HMS Titanic!!! They are gorgeous though, just not into dark wheels. In a nice satin, or hypersilver.

I think most people on this board realize this. Its when you start talking to manufacturers.

I wonder, does one need to take particular care when mounting them on non-HP Mach 1
I'm almost sure there is no difference in the wheel well and clearing, it would be silly. I'm sure someone will confirm that, plenty of time till next spring, haha. Ofc one needs the lip moldings or narrower tyres in the front and splash guards in the rear (and PPF) to stay clear of rock chips. I definitely plan to get both.

These are the Ford Performance wheels, not OEM wheels. My guess is these HP wheels are probably a different color.
Correct, it's the same with PP2 10.5" and 11" wheels, they cost half of what OEM ones and are in black instead of tarnished colour. But in this case they say they say Dark Tarnished painted which is the same colour as OEM wheels. Imo they're identical or very close and I certainly don't mind the price difference 😁

This is what order guide says for original HP wheels:
"19” x 10.5” (F) 19” X 11” (R) Tarnished Dark-painted Aluminum
Available on the Handling Package (60K)"

They really list a set of 4, same like for PP2 wheels which are $1650 for a set. Weird that it's cheaper for sure, link to another site of theirs not working yet, hope they all fix it and we'll be able to buy it for half the OEM price. Even at 2000$ it'd be a fine price for sure.

My car is a PP1, brembos, and run 20x10 +35 285/35r20 all 4 corners. These wheels would fit a Mach1,reason why HRE says no is becasue the Mach HP has 10" and 11" factory. HRE does not make a 11" with the right offset. You would ahve to buy a sqaure setup like mine on 10" and 285/295's
My local HRE dealer finally confirmed basically the same. 10x20 rims with 35 offset on all 4 corners. Officially it should be with 265/35 and 295/35 R20 tyres. Unofficially there is a (paid) way too for different sizes.

I was thinking that 295's in the rear are fine and 285's for the front, though 295's would be better for tyre rotation. I take it there are no rubbing issues between tyre and suspension with 285/295 in the front/rear with HRE with this +35 offset?

No issues.

I just traded my pp1 for a MAch1 lol.

Not planning on using the wheels tho. Its also worth mentioning that you could easily run 295s, as I also ran 19x10 +35 295s for my track wheels and tires on the pp1.

My plan is to run 315's all the way around on the Mach 1 HP factory wheels, there is plenty of clearance both ways. I wont be able to rotate the tires, but I will be able to dismount and rotate the tires freely based on there track wear(local track has a lot of high speed rights)

I would just Look at something like BC forged wheels, they are custom widths and offsets, and run about 3500-4000 a set of 4.

Thanks. First time hearing about BC Forged. Might be the way I go in the future.

Levittown just added this "Ford Performance Wheel Kit Mach 1 Handling Pack HP" for insane $1000.

https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/m-1007k-mach1h.html

Kit Of FOUR Wheels Includes:
Two 19" x 10.5" Front Wheels and Two 19" x 11" Rear Wheels
Ford Performance Center Caps Part Number M-1096-FP3
Part Number M-1180-B TPMS Sensor and Activation Tool Kit

It's really incredible, set of 4 incl. TPMS and center caps costs 200$ more than single OEM wheel (front and rear).

It’s a great price just keep in mind this set is cast aluminum. The oem HP wheels are forged aluminum.

I know motortrend article said so, read it yesterday too and wondered, but they are most definitely not forged.
The official Ford infographic says they are cast aluminum, see below. Some clarification on the possible difference from official source would be welcome, though, so I asked in Levittown topic too.
