M1 Welcome Kit

Bought my car in late July. Received the Track attack letter but still have not received the M1 owners kit. My dealer sucks balls but they obviously entered the sale or I wouldn’t have received the track attack offer. How or who do I need to call to get my M1 swag? God know I paid for it!!!!

Yeah that’s interesting. Bought my car on 10/15 and already got the kit delivered yesterday. I haven’t gotten anything yet about the track attack though. I know you don’t need the letter to sign up, but also not in a rush as I’d wait until next year anyway.

Is this info picked up by Ford automatically when the dealer reports the car sold? My dealer had never heard of the welcome kit so I want to make sure they do whatever they need to do.

What a coincidence, I just received my kit a couple days ago. The only thing missing now is the front wheel moldings.

Update:

sent Anthony my purchase agreement showing I bOught the car new and a photo of my dash plate and he got my kit ordered. No explanation on why i haven’t already received one but thankful it’s on the way. Couple weeks to make the plate. Thanks to @Coastal-Mach for the how-to.

Coastal-Mach gave me this advice and he's right. Anthony from Ford performance is great and usually responds quickly. I got my fender flares (the dealer never put mine on) a few days later.

I think he is referring to the front wheel lip moldings. (Not the owners kit.) Got same advice from @costal-mach) Mine were missing as well. Contacted FP, they gave me the date they arrived at the dealership. Contacted parts department and retrieved them and installed them myself. (This seems to be a regular occurrence.)

The techs at the stealerships swipe all the things that are supposed to come from the factory. My car cover, included on the window sticker was gone. Because my car was delivered to one dealership but I bought it from another they both pointed fingers at each other as to where it disappeared and I got screwed on ever receiving it. My sales man who supposedly ordered a replacement left and is now probably selling vacuums or timeshares and everyone else in the sales process got amnesia. I just bought one from a guy here who sold his M1 but it pisses me off to this day. The guys in the dealerships will steal anything not bolted to the high end cars before they hit the lot. Ide bet dollars to donuts my mach 1 cover is in the trunk of a base model eco boost in a run down apartment complex or trailer park somewhere.
