I would say ESS G3 with the largest pulley you can get would get you there easily, probably about 75 more than 600 :). And do it with ease... Thats my plan some day when I can do it...
I have a 2k15 2M FABRICATIONS LTH, 1000CC INJECTORS, 87MM THROTTLE BODY, 120MM PULLEY ESS G3/G4 INTERCOOLER, INSTALLING complet 3in MBRP Armor Cat back with H-Pipe Street Version, with Az850 265/265r20 and Az850Dr 285/30r20

Also, when I ordered my kit. I ordered the ID1050XDS injectors that are an option on the website. And they did not fit. I haven't seen anyone mention this on this forum yet but I made them fit. I had to use a Dremel tool and shave away a little bit of the connector to get it to work. I'm not sure if this is normal or not but I wasn't aware when I ordered it originally. I was surprised at the least.
I'm not sure if you order the ID1050X instead of the XDS injectors from a different website if it will make a difference or not but I don't know why they have them as an option if they don't fit correctly.
It wasn't every injector either. It was only 2 of the connectors that were in the way of the head cover. They were too low, the injector adapters that come on the injectors need to be slightly taller for them to fit perfectly.

Has anyone else experienced this?
That's normal, those 2 injectors on either end you rotate 180 degrees and they plug right in.

not to nitpick, but only 10% off this year đź«
The Whipple sale this year’s 10% on everything other than the hellcat 3.0 kits those ones are 15% so that’s why all of our sales including us a beefcake racing stay up to 15%

I have the stage 2 whipple gen 6 and it was tested to have 650 hp at the wheel. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for the recommendation. I really don't want to make that much whp. If I went that route I would probably need to upgrade other parts of the car as well. I'm looking for something that will go on the car and done. Mine's a manual so mt82. I will definitely launch from a dig several times during my weekend drives. I figure if I stay in the 500-600 whp window I'll be good to go. And yes the time will probably come when I want more power.

@loucas-2021 you’ll definitely want more power eventually, but it might be as simple as sending the SC in for a rebuild when ready and having it hopped up.

If you’re launching from a dig, the axles, clutch, driveshaft and tranny are gonna be the weak links. Look into stop the hop upgrades if you don’t have them already.

I tried to tell myself that 639 whp would be enough for me and it was for a few years, but now I’m back down the rabbit hole looking for more power.

You won't be hooking at all from a dig with a whipple.

He’ll need the stickiest tire he can find (preferably a slick, but a bias ply at the very least) and run it at a lower pressure if he expects to have any chance of hooking.

Didn't be say already that he wasn't drag racing the car? So he's not going to be launching it. The tires he has now should be fine if he's going to run the ESS at that power.

It sounds like he will be, as post #69 he says he’ll definitely be launching from a dig several times during his weekend drives.

My apologies, I mixed up this thread with the other thread "when building a supercharged street car" LOL.
