I watched a youtube with Speed Addict 731. They mounted an HO, P1X with the 4.75" pulley on an 18 GT. 100% stock, just the Procharger added.

It made 600 at the wheels, they added some Octanium octane booster and it jumped to 620.

RedGT45,

I have an HO, P1x with the 4.63" pulley, 93 base fuel with Boostane added for an adjusted 98 octane, R&D 3" axle back (uses no mufflers, essentially a straight pipe system) I am guessing my combo is about 650 to the wheels. This is plenty for the street.

You are going to need some new wider rubber if you want to actually get that new power to the pavement. This I promise.
I have a 20 x 10.5" rear wheel and really wanted to try the Nitto nt555rII, but like many things they are out of stock everyone and Nitto told me there is no eta on when they will make more. The only other option I have found for a 20" wheel that might hook up is the NT05. Think Im just going to wait for the nt555rII to come back around.

I'd wait for the 555r2 to come back as it's better for a dd and can handle rain etc.

I agree with AZ18yote. I have the 555R2's in 305 and they hook well as long as the temps are 80F or above. Great driving tire as well.

I still spin below 30 - 40, but not much.

I've been delighted with putting an HO Procharger on my 2015 GT convertible, but am now wondering if it is worth the extra $1500 or so (plus labor) to go to the Stage II. I went from 450 to 600 WHP with the first addition, would hope for at least the same addition if I go to Stage II. Any advice would be appreciated.

You will not get an extra 150 by going stage2.
just make sure you have the fuel and pulley down. You can make as much as 700-750 but after that you need to upgrade your belt drive system. Are you running a custom tune?

Yep, I had a specialist do a custom tune; that would be way out of my league to try! Thanks for the advice...

If you have the HO kit ? If you went E 85 and a intake and a BAP would you not be at about 650 wheel horsepower.

Ruby, I did have the HO kit installed, but being a novice here, I have no idea what you are saying - but would love to know!

I got a 2019 10r80 with the stage 2 tuner kit, upgraded intercooler, helical quiet gears, p1x with a 4.75" pulley and made 640RWHP / 513 torque on 93 pump gas. So that's about in line. I've added LTH's since then but haven't put it on the dyno again to see the change. I'd said it's negligible but the sound makes it feel way faster.

Still running the stock PS4S Michelins, 255/275s and 2nd gear is a no go. 3rd is a 50/50 chance of it hooking but when it does it rips. Once these tires need replacing I'm gonna get a set of rims to accommodate some 305 PS4S's.

Those tires are a waste of money

Paul G,

Thanks for the post on your set up and the results.

I have to agree with Jackson1320, you are going to need something like the Nitto 555R2 in 305.

They came with the car so why not use them until I lose them.
I got the stock pp1 rims that have to go but I haven't settled in on a new rim that will go well with white.

Best I've liked so far are the Stance SF07s in that gunmetal grey.

Had to dig through a bunch of paperwork to find the Dyno sheet.

I'd say 640 is a little high for my setup and that most with my same setup are closer around the 580-600 area with pump 93 no additives; so it's probably the dyno reading a bit high.

End of the day it's just a number to get a rough idea. Car has been a blast.

Agreed, for a dd the 555r2 is a good choice. Can hook power but still handle rain. Those PS4S can barely hook NA let alone boosted.

Wheels are different for everyone so I’m not going to touch that but the PS4S tires will get you killed
