What WHP on 93?

    Just wondering what WHP you guys are running on 93?

    I’m currently at 632 on UK Shell 99 so equivalent of US 93.

    I have a 16 GT with Edelbrock 2300 kit stock except a JMS BAP.

    About to add the Edelbrock CAI and GT350 TB and drop to a 2.75” pulley from the stock 3”.

    Car is tuned by PBD.

    Car isn’t tracked just a fun road car/family car.

    Just curious as to what others are seeing and what you have pushed too before seeing problems.

    Generally speaking, up to around 700rwhp is what you'll get out of 93 before E85 or other knock deter mods assuming you're injectors can keep up.

    Probably right around there on 93 with a Procharger p1sc

    There will a variance of course between different Superchargers and the way they’re setup. But one big factor in making peak HP from one calibration to another is what the rpm limit is set at and what the dyno operator pulls to. PBD often does 8k pulls and makes extra peak power form that.

    Can wait to see your numbers with these additions! Are you going to use the same injectors that came with the kit when you add these parts?

    According to PBD the injectors are good for just over 700whp and are the same as what comes in the 13-14 GT500.

    They have said with the BAP they will be ok.

    Should have it all on next week I hope if I get the spare time.

    Then book it in for a dyno run at the same place as least time.

    Have you changed out your exhaust manifold and mid pipes or are you still running the stock exhaust system with the kinked RHD header?

    You could also consider running Shell 99/ Tesco 99 and water injection and/or water/meth injection. Water alone will reduce the chance of det allowing for more boost, and water/meth basically alters the octane mix and increases it which allows for more boost AND timing.

    Pro charger D1x 750 whp 12lbs here with half a 16 oz bottle of Lucas
    octane booster in every tankful.

    Car is stock just the Edelbrock and BAP. 2018 active exhaust with valves open.

    Always run on shell 99.

    Have a few water/meth kits but for the Westfield. Might fit the larger kit to the GT but not tune for it.

    Usually under 700 on 93.

    Octane booster in each tank or Meth injection is the best way to gain more power on 93. I ran 12psi and 15-18deg timing on 93, after adding meth I run 15psi and 20-21deg timing. After I build the motor I am probably going to shoot for 16-18psi and more timing.

    What RPM did you pull to and what was peak boost?
