What's up guys? I'm new here, not to forums though as I notice a few familiar faces (I'm T's03GT on SVTP) currently trying to sell my 2011 to get into an S550 so I can get away from the MT82 and step into an A6 with a nice interior.

Anyways, onto my questions. I know the S550's are stronger in the engine department than the S197's. I originally planned on going On3 on my car, but the need/want for an S550 is real.

How are you guys feeling with pushing yours past 700 wheel on the stock motor? I will be going Hellion or Paxton on mine when I buy one, not right away but within the year if I played my cards right, and I will not be pushing it lightly. I would think, especially the Hellion kit, would be fine even above 800, yeah? I know a few have done it before, but I would like a few more opinions on first hand experiences.

Not talking dyno sheets, but the goals would be mid 9's at 140+. I'm more of a street guy, so I'm more dependable on the trap speed than anything else. Motor mods would be billet oil pump gears as well as crank sprocket's.

With the Hellion I'd probably drive it mostly on lower boost (<10psi) but would turn up the wick eventually and have it around 16ish. From what I have seen, with a good tune, it should last. But I figured I would ask around and see how you all are doing with your setups with bigger power on the stock motor just to get an idea of what I'd be getting myself into.

I would go TT personally, it's my plan once I pay rent on my apartment. They seems to be killing it on the Coyote, I sort of wish I hadn't invested eleventy billion dollars in my C7 and just left it NA, but I didn't know I would like the new mustang, too. :-(

I'll more than likely be going turbo, unless I found a screaming deal on a Paxton. I love the Centri sound. Can't beat the power of the turbo's, however.

Loved the Paxton 2200 I had on a previous car, but as far as sound, it's pretty quiet. Unless you're talking about the whooshing noises coming out of a bov?

Because eventually, it would be built and wantin to be turned up a lot. Plus, I find PD blowers to be better for manual cars on the street, which is where my car will spend 90% of its life. Also, I'll be doing half mile events, in which I'd need some good cooling mods with a PD setup.

BOV sound; you are correct. I've got a few buddies with the 2200, they are indeed quiet besides the BOV.

The actual Paxton is, or the BOV is? Haha. They don't seem to whistle much at all on lower boost.
