Thanks for the answer. I’m not trying to play the blame game if it’s only a couple hundred bucks. I have been very happy with Lund and the ngauge. Shit happens.

Why not have Lund send you a stock file and flash that.

you can't re-flash it back, if you put the stock map back, the tranny still have no programing... ford have to flash it back.

Ford will charge 1 hour labor plus dumb fees like shop supplies and shit. + sales tax

Lund can send a stock file that has the tranny tune. Unless the TCM needs to be reset a good file should work.

I'm thinking the file on the ngauge got corrupted. Might try replacing the tune on the sd card with the original that should be on your computer. I would do this before spending money. It's also possible forscan could reset the TCM.

Another thought, could unhook the battery for an hour or so. This might reset the TCM.

Then flash a tune.

try all this ju-ju solutions, you will end at the ford dealership getting the car re-programmed...

what’s a warranty. If I had a option and could get money off the purchase of a new car I would get rid of the warranty from the start. Warranties hold you back

If they reflash the car with the tune still on the car the tuner willl think it's still married to your car and you may have to pay $$ to unmarry the tuning device as well.

Also Lund should be able to send you a stock tune file for your ecu / SW version which should flash you back to stock.
