Stupid Question about X4 loaded tune

I just got my car out of storage, and usually I run my e85 as low as possible and fill with 91 before storage. Last fall I had a hit and run and my procedure was not carried out as usual. We finished fixing the car and I just got it out. I am very low on fuel. I hooked up the X4 and I cant tell what tune is loaded. I though under vehicle info it typically says the loaded tune? I guess I can fill with E and flash it at the pump, but rather not if I dont need to. Google hasn't helped.
Is there way to see what tune is currently loaded?

Fill the car with whatever fuel you want to run and flash that tune. Unless you have 1/2 a tank or so of the wrong fuel the car will compensate.

I just flashed it at the pump.
I still swear the x4 would show you what current tune was flashed to the car, but couldn't find it.
