I just got a Lund Racing nGuage through LMR this week for my '19 GT.

I got an email from Lund Racing with my custom tune yesterday. I have been unable to get the custom tune loaded into the custom tunes folder on the nGuage.

I'm using my MAC laptop. I followed the instructions with the included Lund Racing nGuage guide. I tried using the micro USB port hooked to the front of the nGuage and tried pulling the SD card out of the nGuage and using the included adapter to load. No luck either way.

Dakota from Lund emailed me back earlier today and said I just needed to drag the tune and drop it into the custom tunes folder. It will not let the tune drop into the folder.

What am I doing wrong?

I've used SCT tuners in the past on my '11 GT and '04 Cobras and never had problems like this before. Back then when the tunes were emailed to me they were sent as an attachment. This tune was sent as a link in the email. Is that normal?

Very frustrated!

It is normal to receive a tune as an attachment to an email. Are you able to see the folder structure of the Ngauge? If so, download the tune file locally to your desktop from the email. Then move or copy/paste the file into the “custom files” folder on the Ngauge. Don’t confuse the link in the email as the actual tune file. This may help you.

Still can't get it to work.

Now I can't even get the nGuage to show up on my computer when I plug it in.

Were you able to get the tune file saved to your desktop? Tackling 1 problem at a time, get your tune file saved to your desktop. Once that’s done remove your SD card/unplug usb cable from computer, reboot it, then reconnect. If it doesn’t show up automatically then see if you can browse your drives for it. It should be called “NGAUGE” and allow you to see the folder structure that you saw earlier containing the “custom files” folder. Hope that helps

Looks like it turned out to be some kind of issue with my MAC laptop. I went over to a friend's house this evening after work and we were able to get the tune loaded onto the nGuage and then loaded onto the car with no problems.

Tune seems to make a pretty nice difference in the seats of the pants feel of the car!

Thanks for the help!
