Alright, so I've got an update:

Autocross event went well, braking seemed normal, couldn't detect any funny business.
There is a problem, however. I can no longer turn on or use cruise control. Press the button, no change on the dash. Hook up FORscan, scan for DTC's, and I get these from the ABS module:

U2101 - Control Module Configuration Incompatible
U0104 - Lost Communication With Cruise Control Module

I am currently running:
Secondary Boot Loader: DG9C-2D052-AA
Strategy: FR3C-2D053-CE
ECU Configuration/Base Configuration: FR3C-14C602-CEC
AS-BUILT:
760-02-01: 2113 3111 A080
760-02-02: 0200 79E6
760-03-01: 55C0

My car does not have adaptive cruise, or collision avoidance, but I do have these:
Equipment Group 201A: BLindspot Information System w/ Cross Traffic Alert
EcoBoost Performance Package (3.55 diff + Brakes from GT base)
Enhanced Security Package

I'm going to try to track down another car close to mine and hope for a different set of AS-BUILT codes that will work. If anyone has any ideas to offer, I'm all ears!

My stock AS-BUILT codes were:
760-02-01: 2111 3111 00DE
760-02-02: 0200 127F
760-03-01: 55C0

Has anyone else started with these AS-BUILT values, and if so, what did you change to after the flash?

What's up with the "A"? Try This,

760-02-01: 2113 3111 00 Checksum should be E0

Has anyone used the factory launch control? Does it hold the brakes on until you dump the clutch? I assumed it did, but I can't actually find anything that says it does.

Do you think I fall into the adaptive cruise / collision avoidance group since I have BLIS/CTA?
Or perhaps this section of the code is responsible for more than just AC/CA.

This is why I chose the option I did:
I was able to enable the line lock on my 2015 EB using Partizan's directions, below are screenshots and notes taken during the process:

Since my car doesn't have adaptive cruise and collision avoidance system, I used the following values for the options lines:

760-02-01: 2113 3111 A080
760-02-02: 0200 79E6

If your car has adaptive cruise and collision avoidance system, use the following:

760 02-01: 2113 3111 00E0
760 02-02: 0200 79E6
I do have a friend with a 2017 GT w/ Performance Pack, no AC/CA, and with BLIS/CTA. I'll have to see if he'll let me analyze his car.

Just ran his VIN against the Motorcraft AS-BUILT generator, and his car is calling for the 00E0 you suggested. I'll try plugging that in after work today and report back.

You stated your stock AB data had a 0 for that bit??

Indeed it did.
Each digit in the as-built code is a hex value. That value is converted into a 4 digit binary number. Each "1" or "0" in that number is a possible option. So in your case your stock digit was "0" which in 4 digit binary is 0000. "A" would be 1010. So potentially either one or both of those "1"s could mean the car is or is not equipped with something.

Anyway, your stock data was "0" so you should leave it as "0"

I think he may have transposed these?

Right, I follow.
I thought it might have changed since flashing the GT-specific Strategy and Configuration, so that's why I followed what looked to be successful advice from the others so far. I should have used my noodle and thought about the comparisons a little more. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

Gotcha.

I think the magic is in 760-02-02. 79 = 0111 1001. I think the line lock option is one of these "1"s: x1xx 1xxx

I don't have my notes with me, but I think I found some ecoboosts that have that 3 there, but I might be confusing it with my launch control research.

Ask your friend if the launch control actually holds the breaks on until you drop the clutch. You would think it would, but I can't confirm it. Everything just says mash the gas and pop the clutch. I'm wondering if the ABS module is even part of it at all. I think the fact it's hold an RPM means it might be built into the EEC operating system. If that's the case it's unlikely it can be enabled and definitely not with just forscan.
