Looks like EPA/CARB related testing to see how well their products hold up. Pretty normal, and the test cars would not be a representative example of a typical use car. IF they even had any 2018's laying around.

If they wanted to test how well they are holding up, it seems strange that they specifically mentioned that they wanted 2023 models only. Maybe they are trying to figure out if anyone actually kept installed the stupid carbon filters that they added.....Looks like EPA/CARB related testing to see how well their products hold up. Maybe this is an old letter. Regardless, they are testing how emissions hold up in the real world.
A few days ago I received a letter from ford/roush requesting the use of my car for emissions testing. They also said that the car will be fully insured and returned to me in about 3 weeks to a month. I tossed it in the trash, don't know why I was selected, is it because I have a Mach 1, a 23, a 23 mach 1 or my close proximity to Detroit, who knows? Anyway my car now has long tubes and is tuned for E-85 so I don't want ford and/or roush poking around and fucking up my tune. Anyone else get a letter also?

Now you’re talkingOn second thought, I think I'd settle for a Stage 2 Whipple. Final offer!
