Hi all, this is Steve and Pippa from UK (live in the middle off nowhere between Wantage and Newbury).

We just picked up this 2019 GT from the great guys at Kidlington Ford in Oxford (previously supplied our Focus RS 'RS Edition' back in 2018); we also have a Mach-E on order with them, due no time soon ever currently.

Good evening to all. Ross here in Charleston, WV. I am a 69 yo Mustang addict, or so I am told. USAF vet 1971-72. Malmstrom afb, GT Falls Montana.
I have been a mustang fan since 1964 and it only took me til 2002 to buy my first one, a Torch Red v6 vert, which my daughter has now. We just had it totally repainted by best shop in our area, a new top and hydraulics. That was her birthday present. I am going to post pics from my aggravating cell phone shortly.
Next Stang was 2004 SVT Cobra vet, RED of course. Wonder I didn't end up under the jail, or dead. man what a ride.
Next an 06 Roush GT stage 1,RED of course. Seems to be a common thread huh?
Got married to an Atlanta gal in 2010 that wanted to get outta there as bad as I wanted to retire and come home to WV, and so we did.
Sold Roush to a AF vet in Toledo, OH in 2013, and in 2020 another RED 2016 V6 vert, which I sold soon after.
Took that money and held on til I found this 2017 GT 5.0 on a dealer lot I normally don't get near. They had just traded for it, hadn't listed it yet, and it being a Beast with an auto tranny I bought it.
Man what a cool ride.
Tuesday morning up here on the mountain it was covered with frost, couldn't tell what was body and what was glass. Soooo, I named him Frosty.
My wife even reworded Frosty Snowman song to Frosty the Mustang, and sang it to me.
This looks like a great place to learn and fellowship. Hope to become a useful member.
Thanks much, best regards, Ross and Frosty

Just bought a 2021 Mustang GT 6 speed manual yesterday.
I have owned many Mustangs and this new one is amazing.
Sounds great, drives amazing, and shifts like a dream.
I am planning on..
20% tint, ceramic coat, dual white stripes, and a GT350 trackpack spoiler.
It is totally different than my Porsche 2015 911 Turbo S, not nearly as fast, but sounds better and the manual tranny makes it so fun to drive. The Porsche is a PDK tranny, no clutch pedal.
Glad to be here and hope to gather some advice on the forums.
I have owned well over 20-30 Mustangs, foxbody, 03 Cobras, GT500, etc...
Good to be back.

New to the forums as I just picked up a 2015 GT. Not new to mustangs. I’ve had one since 2001. Had a 93 GT, Supercharged 98 cobra, and just sold a 1990 Fox coupe. Long time member of other forums like Corral and SVTP. I look forward to all the good info.

car is a premium car with the Factory leather Recaro upgrade. So far the only modifications I can find are the rims and hood struts.

....just recently purchased my 1st Mustang at the ripe old age of 51.
Had an RS6 Avant for daily and dog transporter and a 911 997 C4S for a bit of fun (plus short period in a Cayenne Turbo S, which hated); so for my 50th decided to get my first mustang also, went for the the 2019 GT (was always a guilty secret passion when I saw one when was in the porker, thinking to myself, now thats what should have bought)...never look back at the 911 now.... why didnt I get one of these years ago :headbang:

Hi, I'm from the UK and new to the forum and Mustangs, I finally got around to buying my first one just over a week ago after wanting one for many years but not being in the position to buy a RHD one until recently.

I also have a 2017 BMW320i x-drive and a 2005 Harley Dyna

Over the next 12-18 months I'll be hoping to do a few modifications and looking to learn from posts on here.

Derek

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and just picked up a 2015 GT PP1 Premium 6spd yesterday. I'm super excited and have been trying to find a decent price on one despite the crazy used car crisis going on right now. Fortunately one practically landed in my backyard at the local Honda dealer as a used trade-in. 1-owner, California car (now located in Minnesota), 97k miles, super clean. Selling a PP1 GT in MN during the winter is not an easy task, so luckily I was able to get the car close to what it would've cost pre-pandemic - yay!

About the only things I need to address on the car is: some internal corrosion on the hood's leading-edge (damn aluminum!), the Corsa exhaust on the car is way too loud for my tastes, and the side mirror switch appears to have failed.

Mods I plan to do right away are pretty minimal besides getting an OE exhaust for the car, and adding a stop-the hop kit. MN roads are pretty bad in general so lowering is probably not in the cards.

I'll be visiting other parts of the forum with questions and inquiries in the near future - seems like a great community so far!

I'm not new to the forum. In fact I joined in 2013. But I bought my GT350 in 2019 and have mostly kept to the GT350 site until now. Totally forgot there is a broader S550 section :giggle:

I like to track my car. I am quite slow but my car is the fastest colour so it balances out.

Hello all, my name is Victor & live in SW Kansas. Just got back in a Mustang a few weeks ago & decided to drop by. Had a 2014 that I boosted & then traded in for a 2020 F150 for almost a year then traded that back in for what I got now. Liked the truck but missed being in a mustang so that was that. Its a 21 GT premium with the 401A package. Honestly I was just looking for a Black 10spd with digital dash & this was what I was able to find after a few weeks of looking. Thanks & have a great day!

Hi!

I bought my 2021 GT Premium A10 in early November after shopping for Porsche Boxsters and Caymans and not fitting at all (I'm 6'6" / 285#). I was bummed at first and didn't want a car so common, but I test drove a late model Mustang (16?) and THAT changed my mind!

My dealer had this car coming in, but I originally put money down on a CS/GT that came in later, I decided to go with this and forgo the scoops, the bigger front splitter and the tape stripes. Plus I didn't like the CS wheels.....I got to see that car when it eventually came in and I'm happy with my choice....

Not planning many if any mods.....mine does not have a strut tower or upper K brace, but after some research, the oil dipstick is already a little hard to remove and read, and I don't plan on racing anyway.....

I know I'm going against the grain on this, but I did order a Colgan bra and mirror covers. I just can't get past the cost of the clear bra and my mistrust of the installers. Plus I worked for PPG for 30+ years and I can't be convinced a rock isn't gonna break through and pull the paint when the time comes to pull the film off. I've had several Colgan bras with excellent results. I keep my cars and the bras clean and only use them on trips or interstate highway travel.....

We'll see how the tires wear and if new wheels might come into play.....for appearance only....the black wheels are growing on me. The Carbonized Gray with the Black Package looks better in person than it does in pictures, at least to me....

I did spring for an Illinois vanity plate after a co worker actually named my car for me...I'd never seen Gone In 60 Seconds, but saw both movies after hearing about Eleanor.....

Anyway,

Happy to be part of the group....
