Hello, my name is Roger I just purchased a 2021 Mustang GT Auto my last Mustang was a 2012 GT 6 speed but because of medical reasons, I traded for an F150 Auto. Didn't think I needed a performance vehicle any longer. I was a serious open tracker for almost 20 years driving a different but Ford-powered vehicle and instructing at HPDE days for a few different clubs including NASA for 10 years. I finally ran out of talent and have not driven on track since 2012 at Watkins Glen. I got tired of the pickup and after reading about the new Mustangs and seeing how quick the S550 is with the auto I traded for the GT. I have no intention of racing but I will drive to VIR or Rockingham on occasion and watch the youngsters have all the fun. Look forward to reading many of the posts here.

I bought my new Mustang ecoboost last December 2021. Drove her just a couple of days to test her, and now in my garage for winter. Can't wait for spring to hit the road. I am from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

Hey fellow stang owners.
I just recently traded in my edge and get a smoking deal on a 2020 rapid red ecoboost mustang and going to relive my youth for awhile.
I have been a master certified auto/cycle tech for 45 years and have built several older cars thru the years and still have my old bikes ( Shovelhead and KZ1000 ) to enjoy.
Thought I would go new school for a change and save me some time in building from the ground up.
I found this forum while searching for performance parts to upgrade my stang and thought I would join to pick some of the long-time members brains on what's what in terms of go-fast goodies for the ecoboost. It was actually a birthday present to my wife and me since we are only 2 weeks apart of the same year.

Already have a Ford performance K-bar and cross brace, AEM dry air filter, SR throttle body spacer on the way for starters.

So far, I really am enjoying the car and it is much faster than I expected a four banger to be and with the pony package has some cool options with the track and dragstrip modes. It's not a HPP car but still nicely optioned.

Looking forward to talking with members and doing upgrades to our new toy. (y)

Picked up a 2020 GT premium in August and have enjoyed it so far.
Parked for the winter but looking forward to spring.
Have only added tires and rims so far.

that’s a good plan. We do have a tuner coming up from the states in spring to do some dyno tunes if you are interested

I’ve been lurking since I picked up my 2020 Mustang GT (manual) this past spring. I’ve picked up some good information regarding the transmission and suspension on this site so thanks to everyone for that!

Here’s a picture of my new Mustang. My old Mustang was a 1989 GT that I had back in college. I’m impressed with how much they’ve improved everything while retaining what I loved about my last 5.0.
