Well come aboard!Hello everyone. I just bought a ‘19 GT premium, MT, pp1 in Kona Blue. Got the “Covid19 special” plus I traded in my 2011 BMW M3. I’m still breaking it in so I haven’t even floored it yet. I think with a few modifications it’ll be just as quick in the mountains, maybe quicker. I always thought mustangs were ugly. That all changed with the s550. I bought the M instead because it’s regarded as a performance benchmark. But I’m not trying to shave seconds off a lap time. I’m interested in having the most fun! Worrying your $12k engine or fancy dual-clutch transmission might break isn’t fun. Now I’ve got a warranty and my car has less than 100 miles on it. I’ve already ordered thousands in parts. Thanks in advance to the community as I’m certain your knowledge will be invaluable.

between all the available information here, I finally found the right place to introduce myself - after I already posted a couple of pictures and set up a garge here. I´m Andreas from Germany/southern Bavaria (near to Munich). Beginning of this year I said to my wife "we can be serious when we´re dead - let´s fullfill your dream of having a Mustang" There we go, a couple of weeks ago we bought a Mustang Ecoboost. It´s the every day car of my wife and means a couple of compromises for us. But we knew this and it was worth it. Every meter of drive means smile in our face. We´re living in a small village and this kind of car is very uncommon here. But we don´t care what the neighbours think. Not easy to attach a pic that I like most as this car is beatiful from every angle (and in almost every colour)...

Indeed, but there is a community and number of fans is still growing. As the Mustang only was introduced to Europe with Gen 6 officially, there´s some time to catch up. Compared to local productions it´s relatively cheap in buying for the power you get with the car. This is one of the problems: insurance ist very expensive as "a lot" of young people are driving it but having accidents on the small german roads. Also there´s less space in the cities (which are smaller here than in the US anyway) for driving and especially parking. Not talking about consuming too much expensive fuel etc. But my dream is still the GT350 - at least the look of it :-)
