I've been eyeing an S550 since they came out and I finally have a job that allows me to afford one. I picked this Kona Blue GT Premium 6MT last week in North Carolina and road tripped it back to Florida.

I'm coming out of a used BMW and Miata (I enjoy the variety) and it's so nice to finally own a new car that just works. Of course, I've already got my eye on modifications including wheels, suspension, and brakes. I'd like to get it out for autocross and possibly a few track days as well and would like a car that will work well for that and remain comfortable to daily drive.

Greetings all. Well its been 34 years or so between Mustangs, guess life gets in the way sometimes. First was a 67 Mustang coupe 289ci auto, red with a black top. The new one is a 2019 GT Premium with the GT preformance package 1. Wife insisted on a 6-spd and either Kona blue or Black. Oh the compromises I had to make:). Having fun with it. This is an awesome site I've gleaned a lot of good info so far.

Greetings !

A little about me self....

I have 4 kids, a wife and two cars. A Tarago and a Mazda.
Just sold me old Camry because I cannot afford to keep 3 cars.

Anyways I was intrigued by the ancient Mustangs of 1960's while playing with the internet a while back.
I went to Vietnam in search of me future wife, and during me stay there for year, I saw an old Mustang. It looked like it was from the 60's. It looked awesome even though it was not working I believe.

However I am just on here to look and learn about theses awesome machines.
I have never loved a car, except only once when me sister purchased an old Honda Prelude.... It was a dream to drive. I believe when I sit on the right Mustang, my heart will fall into its engine.

I ride a little motorbike, its a Yamaha R3. And when I first sat on it in the dealership, my heart sank into its engine. And now I own it.

I enjoy looking at Mustang pictures and reading this forum, as its active with so many information.

Until then....

Kenny

Hello Folks,
My first 2019 Mustang GT 350 and I really love driving it. It just calls to me to drive... Just spending a bit much on gas $$$

About to install the oil separator next week for passenger and driver side when I get it in.

I love the Cobra splash it makes.

I arrive here after a long (13 year) time at the s2ki forums. I was a community organizer over there. But the S was sold a while ago and I needed something inspiring again.

Just picked up a 2019 GT PP2 in Velocity Blue last week. Holy Torque Batman! I will say the only gripe I have is the tires. Michelin Sport Cup 2’s are awesome and horrible at the same time, depending on the weather. Dry=great. Rain=not so much.

Already bought some Cooper Zeon RS3 all seasons to replace them since I have to daily the car. They are going on this weekend. Then I will see if there is a market for the used Michelin’s.

Overall, love the car. And I know I will lose some grip switching the tires. But I have to keep it out of the ditches when the weather turns.

Adaptive exhaust is a need to have option IMHO.

The B and O i am 50-50 on. Never heard the stock radio, but I hear it is an improvement.
Here are some pics.

Hi my name is Dennis from Mill Spring NC and this is my 7th Mustang. My first Mustang was a 93 GT and I restored a 67 289 c-code night mist blue mustang a few years ago. I switched over to mustangs after playing with BMWs for about 5 years. I really got sick of working on them all the time, so all my kids and I now drive Mustangs. This 2016 GT has been a blast to drive and play with. It's amazing with over 400hp I still get 26 mpg driving 80 miles a day to work.

Current Mustangs:
05 v6 Red
07 GT Black
11 Convert v6 Black
12 v6 White
16 GT White

^ That looks very racecar, DcA. Put some numbers on the doors and you'd look like you just came from the track.

Sup guys I'm Jason , just signing up as it's time to stop wishing and start acting. I buying my 2nd mustang Friday , a 401A Magnetic Metal with black accent package. I would have liked a PP1 but figured I can always add performance but need to buy the luxury portion. My 1st mustang was an 89 lx 5.0 and I loved that car , super excited to row my own gears again. I'm just a bit over an hour from Steeda in GA and looking forward to spending a little hard earned money !

Hello from hot humid Florida. It's been 12 years since I've owned a Mustang. I had 2 yellow 2002's in the past. One convertible and one coupe. I always wanted a green one and when I saw the Need For Green for 19 I drooled over it.
I didn't think I'd ever be able to get one, but I did. I was honestly looking into a 2017 Saleen as I always wanted a Saleen as well, but it was blue and after test driving a 19 I had to have the green one. I named it Intimidator not because of Dale Sr., but because it seems to intimidate a-holes on the road. lol
