I used Cquartz on my Magnetic and it made the paint jist look so deep. It put on a thick
Gloss shine that i can see even with dust and dirt on it , just flat out made the paint look better and not so thin. I put it on 6 months ago and did 2 coats.....it looms as good today as it did then. Pics...
Think I grabbed mine off Amazon for $17 , may wanna shop around.....its sorta expensive for such a little bottle. I used 1 whole bottle but instructions say to use 1 bottle to 5 quarts of oil. One bottle seemed to do the trick
I agree , did the H pipe and it sounded ok but tinny for sure. Ripped the whole cat back off and replaced with Solo Perfomance MachXVIII......no more tinny!
I dont have the tick but decided to dumpnin a bottle for warm fuzzy insurance. Its a friction modifier I think so I don't see how it can do anything but make things slicker inside the engine. I will say that even thou I don't have the tick I do feel the stuff made my engine overall run quieter.
I naturally taken it easy on new parts whether it needs it or not. Gears I would likely be somewhat easy on for a few miles , atleast long enough to bring them to temp and look for any leaks? Following as I want 4.09's as well
My 2019 has been pretty good ,although I only have 6k miles. I have no tick , no panel alignment issues and the manual trans shifts almost smooth as butter. I do have a slight 2k rattle but I don't think its anything to worry about , she begs to go....
I believe he means the gears are $1500. From what I've read the 4.09 gear swap is a noticeable and intense different especially coming from 3.55. I believe its likely the single most acceleration/seat of pants improvement. The 18+ manual trans is geared incredibly high.....the gears greatly...
I've read that a TB is a supporting mod and doesn't do alot , although if I were to do one it would prolly be a ported stock TB from gigs performance. I've read they run better then the aftermarket. I hear 4.09 are amazing on 18+ base and am interesting in them myself. I think seat of the pants...
Yeah I have the 2k rattle as well and once I heard it I couldn't unhear it. I purchased a sound tube delete just to get rid of it tube but was pleasant surprised when the rattle was VERY must less noticeable. I can still produce it but it doesn't hammer away like it did before inside the cab and...
Sounds exactly like mine under lite throttle at 2k-2300 RPM. Removing the sound tube actually knocked like 80% of the sound from coming into the cab now , doesn't sound near as bad anymore so im not worried.
I know I would, I like this CAI I just hear the nah sayers in my head saying " CAI does nothing for 18+ , drop in filter " I like my AEM drop in but can't say if it improved anything or not
Don't think it will change the sound but will likely change the direction to which the sounds comes from. I imeadiatly noticed all my engine noise and exhaust coming from the rear now vs all around me , I like it much better now that the sound is coming from the back
