I'll second what 22 said. Just prep correctly. I have my side scoops on with just 3m and never had an issue.

First thing I would check are the spark plugs. Most likely a misfire on one of them. I had a bad plug on cyld 3 that was very similar and had no codes.

My stock battery was always 14/14.5 even when it was on its way out so I knew it wasnt accurate. I swapped to an AGM Odyssey and mine varies from 12.5 to 14.

If on acceleration and it goes away off my guess would be the throttle body.

I love how some of these techs try to toss out techincal words like "accelerated break in process" as if they did something special. I guarantee all he did was reset the KAM which anyone can do with a battery disconnect or Forscan which 1 click. Glad to hear it's working better.

A gt350 intake wont fit a stock gt throttle body. The tube is bigger for the larger throttle body. You'd have to upgrade the throttle body and get a tune or get the FP calibration pack with everything in it.
