Hey everyone! Excited to get back into the Mustang scene. I've owned a 2001 convertible as well as a 2011 and 2014 5.0 convertible. Traded the '14 in a couple years ago for an S5 6mt, great car but I miss the muscle. I've got my Bullitt on order and should have it in a couple months.

My name is Nick, I'm in Vacaville CA. I'm 45. First, I have never been a Mustang fan. Owned beat to hell Camaros as a kid and my dad had 6 banger TA and Firebirds. I've owned many sport bikes while in the AF and after, Jeeps, and then got into the "Euro" scene. I bought a new GTI with the game changing 1.8T "Nevarlose" and built the crap out if it. Then, after marriage and kid 1 on the way, I had to do the responsible thing. I bought a VW CC. If course, it couldn't stay stock, so it was slammed and ran software and a DP. It was totaled when a lady pulled into the fast lane from a dead stop and hot my right rear sending me onto the center concrete barrier, and luckily ricochetting across all 5 lanes being hit by 5 other cars in the process. I got out where I landed in my pancaked car on the median. I was sore but unscathed, bent glasses and airbag dust the biggest annoyances. And the car, of course. I got a bug for a BMW 330 zhp, found a nice example and bought it. I loved it. Should still have it. But baby number 2 was coming, and it was awesome door. And man, for the price and the n54, I bought a 2010 335i. What an awesome car. Do the maintenance, replace the known trouble makers, and you've got an excellent sedan. I love it. It's dialed in. It gets complements everywhere I go. I don't need anything else. But somehow, someway, a PP2 is on the horizon. I couldn't resist. I will fight with my wife every time we ever get in it. I accept that and don't care. I have to have it. I pretty much just announced it, and stayed married, so I got that going for me, which is nice. It should arrive on the truck either tomorrow or Monday. The harbinger of arguments to come. I bought a car I've never driven, shipped it from Tennessee, and I'm already bitten with boxes piling up in the garage. I can't wait to drive it, hear it, shift it, and wrench on it. I have high hopes for this community, also. Seems very calm, supportive, and not confrontational so far. I hope to contribute. Pics to come!

Blue Moon, thank you for the welcome. I was a Contracting Specialist. Super exciting stuff . I'm guessing you may have spent time at Altus as a crew chief? I was there in 93-95 or so...

Hey guys, I used to be a regular on TMS many, many moons ago. I just got out of a Lincoln MKZ I was never overly happy with, currently I'm pedaling a Focus sedan and have a 94 Eddie Bauer Bronco as a toy. I'm seriously considering a new Mustang in the next couple of years, just trying to decide if I'm going to wait on the next gen or grab a S550 and then trade up later.

Greetings from Montana! The last Mustang I owned was a '67 GT 350 I bought back in '70 and sold in '72 to get married. Now that we live in snowy Western Montana all of our cars and trucks are either AWD or 4WD, but something about the new Bullitt calls to me. I have one on order with a remote dealer who was allocated only one and was happy to get a sale. It will probably be a 8 month car, and get put away for the winter, but we'll see.

Currently we have a Jeep Wrangler (6MT), Ram 1500 CC, BMW 550xi and 408 HP Dinan/BMW 440xi vert.

I was never stationed at Altus, but I spent a few weeks there in spring 03 for basic flight engineer training. Little Rock was home station my whole career.

Greeting's from Arizona. I've been observing this site for a couple months, now with the addition of my 2017 Mustang GT I figured it was time to join up. I'm not much of a Mustang Man as I've had nothing but Mustang's for 1/2 a Century.HA!. It was time to get into the modern Mustang world before H*ll froze over. LOL

Looking forward to lots of reading about these new toyz ;-)
