I know this is an old thread, but my 19 5.0 does exactly this and it will be out of extended warranty 7/27. Should I worry about this? It's been doing this since new and now has only 13k miles on it. Should I have them tear apart for the motor for this chirp? Is it worth it?

I added a rear camera, to go with my dash-cam, because of tailgaters. It doesn't seem to stop them from tailgating, but I'll have the tag number if they rear end me.
My only concern about the "tick", and yes I have it too, is it's effect on resale to someone who doesn't know any better. I also have the phaser "chirp".
I was under mine last week and thought I would check the trans fluid level and found it impossible to get a wrench on that silly "dip stick". So, since my 10R80 is working fine I moved on and didn't check it. Any advice on getting that thing out?
I have the same problem, but I'm suspecting it's the drive shaft as there is a mild rumble associated with it. Starts at 70 mph and up. The rumble is more heard than felt, and I can hear it much better when putting the A10 in neutral at these speed and coasting where the rumble pitch goes up...
