Hello everyone, I'm Jeff. Just bought a new '18 base GT 10spd. New to Mustangs and looking forward to learning some things here. Gonna wait a few months until I start working on suspension mods first. Would love to run e85 since it's about 40% cheaper than 91 here in San Diego, but I'm pretty sure an e85 tune would void my warranty.
You will absolutely love e85! I bought a 19 premium GT 401a last week and I'm definitely getting an e85 tune very soon. Had it on my 18 and it felt like a completely different car.

Not new here but new to the Ecoboost, traded in the Yellow 2016 Cyclone last year due to circumstances for a Cruze (marriage) and now a year later (marriage didn't work out) I am back home again. Loving the 10r80/EB combo.

Just bought a '19 EcoBoost, 101A, A10, Safe and Smart, Nav, and Black Appearance Package (on a black car...). First Mustang, but 4th EcoBoost in the family. Already loving it, and the wife and I are already planning for the GT that will eventually replace this, as its a lease. Planning some light mods, nothing too out there. Just a tune, inter-cooler, exhaust, and some appearance items.

All 3 Fords in the final picture are mine. Building quite the stable.

Hello all,
William here, I bought a 2018 GT last December and I love that car. Always loved the Mustang, and at 31 I could finally afford one. I also got a steal on the car when it was last years model hehe. I look forward to doing some work to the car and asking for some guidance here and there.
Thanks in advance!

Hey all, finally got a 5.0. Was so pumped purchasing it. Found these forums so decided to join and talk about modifications and all that.

This is the first new vehicle since my 2005 Frontier and before that all the new vehicles were purchased for my EX to safely cart the kids around in the Bayou Chitty. I have not owned a car, not counting the EX's since my 1991 5.0 Coupe ~1998. Bought my five year old 2010 2500HD with 85K miles to replace the ten year old 200K mile Frontier with the intention of paying it off as soon as reasonably possible and get a car, it will be ten years old in December and I really love the truck.

I have been planning for almost two years and considered a 2014-2017 Base C7 Vette, Cadillac CTS-V, Camaro SS, Challenger, Porsche Cayman and the GT one out.

On Thursday I went to the local dealership to order a GT Premium with the 10spd, 3.55's, leather, spoiler delete and black package since interest rate dropped to 0% with a grand rebate until July 1st and before 2020's became available for order. I found a good number of better optioned GT's in Houston with the Performance Pack 1 so I asked the local dealer to get one. Unfortunately for them, they wanted a fully executed contract before bringing the car to town and I just don't do business that way. I walked out at 7pm.

I don't have any modifications planned, other than MRR 350's when the tires are worn out and I do have the black emblems on the way.

I do hope to trade someone for a 2019 naked deck lid.

My brother who "who bleeds blue" called me Friday around noon and asked how the drive home was going...I said it's hard to steer with my pecker hitting the steering wheel :D

Hey guys, picked up a 2019 GT Premium over the weekend. It's a 400A car with a manual transmission, the performance pack, and the active exhaust.

I've been looking at getting a Mustang since the 2018 refresh came out and finally pulled the trigger.

I'm coming from a Golf R so this is a very different kind of car. So far I'm loving everything about it.

I've already got a Steeda X Pipe and clutch spring in the mail.

Yes, they were easy to work with, and my 2500 was bought at Katy Toyota down the road.

Yeah same here. I enjoyed dealing with them both when I bought and then unfortunately when my trans blew their service dept took care of me.

Hey y’all I’m Jeremy. I finally got a Mustang after years of wanting one. By the time I was financially stable enough to get one we had a kid on the way (he just turned 9yrs old) so that went on the back burner. We ended up having 2 more kids (identical twin girls 7yrs old). Sold our old house and built a new one in 2017. (Beautiful house on 8 acres in the mountains that boarders state forest).

Anyway I’ve always been into cars. I went to school for Diesel Mechanics worked in a shop for a while, joined the Marine Corps Reserve, did 8 years (one deployment to Iraq in 05-06), I got out for 2 1/2 yrs missed it so joined the PA Army National Guard 5 years ago. Currently deployed to to Middle East.

Anyway I’ve been looking at mustangs for the past few months. Well Monday my wife (married for 12 years) and father in law drove over an hour each way to buy me this car!

Now I have to wait a couple months to get home and drive it. That’s ok though I’ve been researching stuff on it and already bought the Roush CAI, a MBRP race cat back, and a Ford Performance oil/air separator. I'll have a few things to install when I get home. I’ve been researching tunes and undecided on doing it or waiting until factory Powertrain warranty is up although an E85 tune is tempting.

The car is a 2017 GT Premium (manual)in magnetic metallic with 36,000mi on in mint condition and all stock (not for long).

Lastly we also have a 2015 Explorer Sport (same color) 2008 F250 crew cab long bed, 2011 Altima 3.5SR, 09 Suzuki Boulevard M90, a travel trailer, and some off road toys.
