I doubt it's maxed. There's a number of reasons why the graph dips like that.

Kind of the opposite. The blower isn't maxed at all but the manifold is.

Congrats on the numbers! Gives me hope for decent numbers on mine then except I’m an auto and with not as much timing.

Those are solid numbers.

not cams getting maxed out it's the tune or the stock headers hurting him.
People have made over 1600 whp on stock cams.
It's likely the headers.
