What throttle body will you use? what's your plan with the ESS silicone TB coupler?

It’s the pulley that is right (if your looking at it) of the harmonic balancer. It’s the only pulley that is attached to an arm.

The belt routing diagram is in the install instructions on the ESS website. Just release the tensioner pull the belt off. Replace pulley, route the new belt accordingly and torque the pulley down when the belt is tight.

I'm glad you got it sorted out. I had the same issue with another "top" tuner in the space and I tore my stuff apart multiple times to try and find this Vacuum leak I had for over a month. Eventually it came down to a junk base file, but I didn't have the heart to tell them their tune sucked...

I decent set of tires will hook on a 40. Maybe some rear shocks to help prevent the car from bouncing all around. It's going to be on a 115 for the 93 stuff, then E85 with a 10% lower should be put me in the 100-105 ish range. I might ditch the 10% lower and use normal pulley's to increase boost but I haven't decided yet.

Once it's on E85 It shouldn't have no prob going high 9's with my 3 pedals.

I finally got my set up running. G3R/Hi Ram/Cams/Fuel system. Should be a rocket ship of a car. Car is pretty light too so this should be a wild ride.

That Tq is niiiiiice. I mean it almost makes sense. Other mods play a part, the brand of dyno can make a pretty big difference. Those tires def soak up some HP too.

It would be worth it for sure, but I had some goals all motor, hit all of them and it’s time to move on. Yeah, I’m going straight to E85. The R is way overkill but whatever. It’ll be a blast either way.

Yeah the NA stuff isn’t cheap, but luckily no labor money spent. I’m at a point where I’ll need to start looking at head work, custom cams, exotic fuels…and I’m not about to down that rabbit hole yet.
