  1. 2019 GT new tires suggestions

I've taken mp4s and indy 500s down in the mid 20s without issues. I wouldnt go hooning until they are warm but regular commuting in traffic is easy. Half way through my commute they are hot enough to mess around.
  2. E85 and boost without return system

The stock fuel pump can handle a bap surprisingly well. My pump had about 105k miles on it. Ran a vms bap since 48k miles. Only swapped it out then because I got a great price on a dw400.
  3. 1st oil change vs Current mileage

Yes it made you paranoid lol. I did my first around 5k and everyone after that around 5k until I boosted it around 48k miles. Swapped to 4k intervals. Engine ran strong up to 96k miles when I botched a spark plug change and trashed cylinder 3. Went 4k on the new engine in between changes again...
  4. Planning centrifugal

You can probably get away with one or the other at that power level but the dw pump was designed to run at 18v. For a couple hundred extra bucks that's good insurance you'll always have plenty of fuel.
  5. South Louisiana Sales Video

100% agree but im not giving joy rides to anyone. If they show up with cash you know they are serious.
  6. South Louisiana Sales Video

If i was selling any of my fun cars I'd say the same thing!
  7. ProCharged 2015 Mustang GT – P0174 (Bank 2 Lean). Where should I smoke test? Any tips?

If its on the drivers side I wouldn't rule it out. I've always had minor exhaust leaks around my vband clamps but never got a lean code until this year.
  8. ProCharged 2015 Mustang GT – P0174 (Bank 2 Lean). Where should I smoke test? Any tips?

Any chance you have an exhaust leak by the o2s on your drivers side? I was getting an intermittent lean bank 2 code for a while and it was a leak at the vband right by my upstream o2.
  9. Line lock will not engage 2019 GT

Press the brake way harder than you think is necessary. If the bar is starting to move but never goes all the way up you arent pressing it hard enough.
  10. New Engine Build/Route Advice

Hopefully he figured all this out a year ago.
  11. Clutch pedal only came up halfway.

If it doesn't happen again you're probably fine. If it continues to happen look at the hydraulic system. My gt did it once a few years back while driving. I lifted the clutch pedal with my foot and it went right back to normal and never happened again.
  12. what's this in the trunk?

I think I got screwed. I didn't have any of that in my trunk when I bought my car. Just 2 dead bodies and few bricks of cocaine.
  13. The Manual Transmission Preservation Society

Damn, all I own are manual trans cars but i wasn't invited to the super cool kids club. Wtf?
  14. Question about meth injection?

I've run meth for the last 4 years or so. I just use it for the extra protection since we have crappy 91 out here though. Not tuned for it. Just a safety net.
  15. 93/e85 kit setup

I've ran a bap for over 70k miles with no issues so yes I do. Not sure what you are getting at in relation to the op's question though?
  16. 93/e85 kit setup

Your octane limited on 93. Adding a return fuel system isn't going to chsnge that.
  17. 93/e85 kit setup

A fuel system won't change how much boost you can run on 93.
  18. 6R80 Thermal Bypass Valve Removal

Most good transmission shops i know will tell you not to flush the transmission. Just drain and refill. Flushing can cause metal shavings to recirculate through the trans and cause premature failure. I don't know how much truth there is in this but it makes sense, especially a transmission...
  19. going Supercharged

I had 95k miles on my stock opgs when I pulled my engine and they still looked brand new. I regularly wrapped it out to 8k and caught the limiter more than I'd like to admit. I wouldnt be doing opgs on a gen 3 unless you are planning to abuse it.
