I have owned my vehicle now for almost 7 years. I was a little bored so decided to sort all my invoices etc out.

Got the idea to create a personalised folder after the options to buy were silly expensive.

If you want to find out more about the car, you can visit my YouTube.

Cool idea! I just keep all my receipts and records in a file folder in my file cabinet. My window sticker is framed and hanging in my home office though.

I have a folder where I keep all the invoices + a record of what I do on the car (oil change, brake pads, etc) since I do them myself.

Manila envelope for papers/receipts. I keep a journal/log on my phone notepad as well as a maintenance notebook to keep tabs of everything done to the car and Issues that come up I also take pictures of things I’ve done as documentation.

I keep hardcopies in a folder, but Mrs updates a quick spreadsheet with the "what, when and how much." The spreadsheet is quicker to search when you want to look up something. We have three cars, two of which are over 10 yrs old, so this helps keep things straight.

I write it in the back pages of the owners manual. It'll stay with the car. Wish I though of that on my last cars where I'd try to keep records and such, this is much easier to transfer to the next owner and it's all in one place like a logbook.

I have a log book I bought online just for this. Just write the mileage, date, what was done, and by who. The only receipt I keep is for the battery. I do 99% of the work myself.

I update the ford pass app with oil change info... everything else goes in the garbage can.
