Funny you say this. I told my wife the other day, that when the car shows up, she will have to leave her outdoor footwear in the driveway/garage and there will be a pair of slippers sitting on the passenger side floor waiting for her when she gets in:lol:

Or I use the open door method, I touch as little as possible, leaving the door open while I go about my business. When I get ready to go, I get in the car without touching the door, back up slowly, then take off fast, using that momentum to close the door for me.

I get you OP. I'm constantly telling and showing my wife how to close a damn door so it doesn't leave fingerprints. She gives me a WTF look and we go through it again. I place my palm on the outer edge of the door and give it a slight shove. No fingerprints, no smudges, clean door and handle.
