Going thru this same crap. 2020 handling package, strut top mounts not installed. I have called the salesman, parts department and Ford Performance. FP said it was the dealer's issue. I guess I'll start with a bad review on the customer survey.

Can you post a picture of the R ones FP sent you? Mine have the notch it seems in it and on my non R that meant they were the non adjustable

Yeah I think that is one of the differences, GT350 is dealer installed and GT350R is factory installed.

Just checked my 2019 and what was installed by the dealer follows the information in this post. Part# ending in 84 is drivers side, ending in 83 is passengers side. Here is a picture of the non adjustable ones that came from the factory build. Make sure to ask the dealer to give you these.

Working on pics. They said 2 things of note: 1 - 2020 changed from sending them for dealer install to installing at the factory about halfway through the year. 2 - the design actually changed at least once on the actual adjustable ones...so they could look a little different from year to year or even in the same year.
