Going thru this same crap. 2020 handling package, strut top mounts not installed. I have called the salesman, parts department and Ford Performance. FP said it was the dealer's issue. I guess I'll start with a bad review on the customer survey.

Going thru this now. Definitely don’t have them installed on my 2020 GT350. Salesman is clueless, parts department has no idea either. Holding out on the customer service survey until this resolves.

I love the Amsoil. Use it on everything I can. My old Subaru STI, Harley, Boss 302... It meets Ford specs for warranty and they ship fast and properly packaged. They normally throw a bunch of the cardboard scrap stuff in for any leaks. I actually had quart spring a leak after it was crushed...
