Heard a few horror stories like this. A couple guys were able to get away with hit it pretty hard to finally snap in.
I've swapped a few gforce axles now, and each time they go right in like butter

I have the DSS 1400, pass side I had to persuade in. Last time pulling them, both side in/out easy.

I tried everything i tried a deadblow hammer i tried honestly everything and so i am just hoping to get it either machined to specs or get a replacement

seems like a quality control issue... they have good techniques just poor execution. that's why you see all of the differences in whether or not they work for a particular person or not.
