It's done now, the axle deal was a little pain trying to facilitate the swap of the old ones for the new ones because of the wait involved. Plus it was the first 2015 Whipple we had in house and the tuning process was a bit involved. Overall the car turned out great, we ran into typical first model year issues with a few things but nothing unexpected. I think FRPP and Whipple have addressed all the issues we had with parts fitment and updates to the instruction manuals. We built a conservative tune for the car and it made 622/515 and the drive-ability and responsiveness is miles ahead of whats being provided by Whipple IMO. I would recommend the heat exchanger fans to anyone thinking of buying a Whipple kit, they are needed and should be included.

I will get on the dyno really soon. Possibly this week. I am about to go put on the front bumper and under tray, and off I go! I noticed a couple small hesitations when free revving the engine after letting it warm up while looking over everything for leaks. Although, its not really discouraging me since this is a factory wideband car. While I am no Mustang tuner, I feel safe betting that there is going to be some o2 feedback compensation programming taking place for the next couple days of driving.

I also have not installed my LTHs yet, but I told Whipple to put them on the tune... being a MAF car I am not sure how much differently the tune is for LTHs... I am used to tuning turbo cars. But I *assume* the tune would be pretty much the same, just have to make sure the tables are refined further into the MAF voltage? I guess I will find out LOL.

I will probably put the headers on next week... I just need to pull this car out of the shop and take a breather and relax for a few days.

It was on the dyno and everything looked great except the rev limiter some how was set too low and it reved out early. It has been adjusted and it arrived yesterday but Tasca not open on Saturdays
It should be done Monday .
