Yeah the dyno operator drives a 93 lightning with a twin turbo coyote swap, and this manifold really peaked his interest

Yes this was with the very subtle port mismatch (around 1mm all around), i do plan on removing it and doing some portmatching to the heads, which should help some, probably not a real noticable amount....and as the funds permit the rest of the supporting mods for any solid bolt on n/a build.

Lund has told me after he reviewed the last datalog that i should just go ahead with the injector upgrade, to avoid in possible fueling issues with running headers at the elevated rpm range, so it looks like injectors will come before headers, followed by cams(probably the comp stg2, to maintain the lower "daily driving" rev range)

I think we have just seen Ford's possible answer to the new Camaro. This would be an easy upgrade to the current 5.0 Coyote to get the GT in the 450-460 horsepower range (emissions compliant with Ford's detuning of course) and also leave the GT 350 as top dog in HP and leave room for a possible 5.2 liter cross-plane Coyote for SE Mustangs such as a Mach 1.

If Ford would offer a Mach 1 package at around 500hp for the price of an optioned new gen Camaro SS, and make as many as people want, then they would have a win-win scenario.

I'm assuming that price is for the intake only. I haven't seen a price for the throttle body yet. Any one know?

Thanks

Pretty sure it was mentioned in the previous thread, just over $200 from Ford dealership, sounds pretty cheap for a TB though. Would like to get my hands on the part number, seems to be missing from the various threads I have been reading.

I just bought a GT350 manifold from Evolution Performance for a very competitive price and bought a GT350 throttle body from my local dealer for 115 dollars. Expect to have each one next week and will get them installed the following weekend.
How much for the manifold?

Damn dude, you don't waste any time haha. You going to start with stock injectors or do you already have upgraded ones? And I assume you will be tuning it yourself too?

stock injectors until i need more.....

yes, going to tune it myself. :-)

not planning on going overboard with this car, it's my daily so.....want to keep it stock appearing and very driveable, the GT350 intake gives me that. not even going to do exhaust at this point.
