it depends on what isn't clearing on the wheels. typically the brake calipers hit near the hub or spoke curvature, not the outer rim fitting over it. PP brake rotors are 15 inches, the caliper probably sticks up only another inch or two. it's caliper width that becomes the problem, not the...

you may need a small spacer but it should be no issue. we are in the same town so it's no big deal for you to get them.
