Great info all! So no perceived issues with fitment, just over/understeer and perhaps rub, perhaps not? I'd probably go with the smaller ones anyway. Also understeer is easily correct in any car by adjusting tire pressure. I run 33psi front and 36 psi rear on my 13 GT and that effectively removes any built in oversteer from the factory :)
Or do it with geometry and/or suspension setup and lower that pressure to improve overall grip ;)

As others have said, square reduces understeer in my experience and it made me feel like the car handled better overall but that was just day driving with mountain runs once every other month or so. Going from stock PP to square 275 PSS on my last car made it much better feeling in the mountains. It turned in more eagerly and felt more agile.

So who's got or going to get a GT w PP1 and wants my larger rear wheels/tires for their smaller fronts?
That's tempting. :D

Funny, and I was thinking I wanted to go staggered. Guess I'll be happy with what the GT came with.

I’ve been eying doing this with my 18 GT with the performance pack. I was thinking of running 275 on all 4 corners, but I’m waiting till I can purchase the PP2 wheels, as I’d like to go with PP2 fronts on all four. Though it’ll all depend on sizes I can purchase and fitment. I’m hoping that wouldn’t require any spacers and would be the easiest setup.

Switching to a square setup was a blessing when I was finally able to. I can finally rotate my tires! I wasn't so concerned about effects of running square because there aren't any really. I just know many love that staggered look with fat tires in the rear.

I would post in the wheel and tire forum, lots of experts there that can tell you what clears thee Brembro brakes and max tire width you can run without rubs...

I want to do the same thing. But why not the 305 all round on front PP2 wheels?

The front PP2 wheels have way too wide off an offset to use on the rear. They'd poke way outside the quarter panel.

I think he meant just buy PP2 wheels, all the way around.

I know if I get the PP2, that I will have street set & a track set. My streets will be the original wheels sitting on all weather tires and the track set-up using the original ps2 tires on OEM spec'd aftermarket wheels.

I heard of others planning on doing the same thing. And for me, practicality sets in, as I'd rather take my "sports car" out in the rain, than my SUV.
