Do you let up on the throttle after you downshift? Then you are engine braking. If you've downshifted & your foot is on the brakes, you are engine braking. Any time you're in gear with your foot on the brake instead of the throttle, you're engine braking. On a track (or spirited mountainous...
I added 3 qts over my last oil change interval. I'm going with the interval the car tells me to, so it was right about 9000 miles this time. To me, that's high. Of course the dealer said that was "normal" for the synth blend and that it would consume less on full synth.
Given that I know people...
Not many are denying that. Certainly easier. The advantage to the Audi seems to be the price and that it folds up smaller if you need to toss it in the trunk.
That does seem like a probably cause/effect situation. When you do the headers, the exhaust likely gets shifted around. And perhaps the headers change the way the exhaust moves under load?
Of course that doesn't really apply to mine, since it's stock ... but still interesting. :D
Outdated? While it probably could be a bit faster, twisting the handle is pretty normal. Honestly, I think I'd rather a manual handle, it seems more reliable. Given the issues some of us have seen with things as simple as they dynamic exhaust, I'm not sure I'd trust a motorized latch. :-/
I like those, nice & simple. It's interesting how flat they look from straight on, but they're actually pretty dished.
I like these too for different reasons.
I usually unlatch it, push up a bit, then reteach it. Then down it goes with the button.
I have the same problem. I thought it was because my Audi was the opposite direction.
Nope. Improved aero affects highway, different weight affects city. Different tuning for a more dramatic impact just about anywhere. Add to that the 2018 engine changes that were intended at least partly to improve efficiency and the A10 ... much different numbers.
Though I'd guess the in dash...
Very cool. I kind of want the Pony Pack grille. And before I got it I was considering finding a way to replace the GT badge on the back with a modified gas cap from a '65.
Shorter lines of text (similar to the page of a book) are better UI. They are easier to read since you are able to take in most of the line at once. You're less likely to get lost jumping back to the beginning of the line. That's a place I prefer this forum.
That seems like a pretty large image...
Interesting. Mine came with that enabled. I have found that you have to be much closer to have it roll down the windows than you do to merely unlock it. It makes it basically worthless since I have to be halfway across the parking lot toward the car, so it doesn't have a lot of time to air out.
Yes, this. Marking all forums read isn't really what I want to do. I just want to mark the ones I follow, or that I actually read.
This too. & an FAQ is near worthless since you have know to go look at it. Help and tips should be integrated wherever possible. Though I get that that is probably...
It looks good so far. A few feedback items.
Overall, I like the new look & feel. It's pretty clean & easy to read. However, I agree with Nagare. This is clearly not designed for most laptop screens. I get as far as the Avatar of the first post without scrolling when looking at a thread...
