I know this has been asked somewhere, but I cannot find it. Can you tell if the HP C/C plates have been installed from a visual inspection?

I didn't think they'd install the front suspension without them on? I think you can see them from under the front strut but not from the top. I'll check mine when I get home here in a bit.

I would have liked a toggle for the exhaust mode rather than having to go in the menu.

That's what my mode toggle works best for. I have set track mode exhaust setting to normal drive mode, steering to sport, and then saved it as My mode. Then my mode is the first mode you can select after normal on the mode toggle.

My salesman didn't know, if they were shipped separate or not. Also the front wheel trim are not there at the dealer, will they come later?

Mine took about a week or so to come in after I got my car. Not sure exactly how long they were sitting there just that my girlfriend works in the parts dept and said she saw a box with mustang stuff on it and found out they were my wheel moldings.

Throw on a Steeda H-pipe, huge difference in the volume and many more snap, crackle, pops!
I did mine in the driveway.

The camber plates are installed at the factory. The wheel trim is shipped to the parts department with your VIN. Ford Performance can help track them down if the dealer can't. They'll look up the tracking number.

Just need somewhere for random comments/experiences/thoughts etc.

1) Glad I got a stick.
2) made it less than 40 miles before scraping front splitter on a parking lot exit.

3) Car barely made it 50 miles. Almost got totaled by a camaro I can only think fully intended to hit me. he was stopped at a red light, then slammed on the gas as I was making a left turn. My car is bright fucking red. no way it was missed.

I am used to 40 year old trucks, that is what I normally drive. this is a wholly different experience for sure. I have never driven anything so planted in turns. Turns I usually take at 35mph and this car is yawning at 55 begging for much much more.

I have felt the same about taking corners with the car with the Cup 2 tires, although, they now have to be replaced with only 4700 miles on them. Inner front passenger tire is showing cords from a poor alignment. Other tires best I can see look just fine though. Ordered some PS4S all around.

Those are shipped separately. Ford Performance can track it based on your VIN. Just saw someone posted above already, lol.

Mach 1 owners kit usually shows up a month later.

The owners kit is automatic right? Do I need to contact FP about that as well? Also at what point do I sign up for the Track-Attack? Sorry for all the questions, you would have thought I would know all the answers as long as I have been here...Lol.

As Zelek mentioned, the owner's kit is shipped to your registered address about a month after the purchase is confirmed by Ford/FP. Nothing you should have to do, unless your address isn't valid/changed/etc.

You can sign up for the Track Attack shortly after buying the car as long as FP has your VIN in their list of owners. I'm sure there is a slight delay for that to happen (week/month?). FP will send you a letter inviting you, but you don't have to wait for it. Just call them and give your VIN to register.

Track attack is done through the track attack website. Owner's kit is automatic as it goes to the address of the person who purchased the car.
