Full length header test

How long before you get the headers? I didn't read this whole thread.

I called them last week. They are making them special for the voodoo instead of .049 wall thickness tube they will be .065 wall thickness tube from 304 stainless. He said they were making them now so I'm guess any day now.

On svtperformance all I saw was a 13hp gain for their Power Pack (cat delete, JLT, AND a tune). Seems low to me...

That's what I'm thinking. I'm cat less. Now that I know the cobra jet intake won't fit after test fitting it, I hope to be around the 580 crank hp range. Maybe more with just the jlt. ARH Long tubes and off road. E85 and tune.

Where is the issue? Bolt pattern, runner area, hood clearance? Could one 'make it fit' or is it 100% not gonna happen?

Based on that, I don't think removing the cats is worth it. IMO.

Only on the track if you track a lot. Your engine will run cooler without them. Those numbers are based on my coyote dyno tests. Only gained 5 hp going cat less but the car was hot on the 2nd test and DA was 4200' for both runs. So maybe the off road was worth a few more ponies. Tuning for them might make a difference too.

My headers are supposed to be here tomorrow (Monday).
I just need to set up base Dyno times with Watson engineering and then header Dyno times. He said its gonna be a short week because of the holidays.
