Called Watson today. Hopefully Wednesday to baseline Dyno pulls. Then next week header Dyno pulls. The holidays put a damper on everything. I've been dying to just put them on to hear it. Soon guys. Soon.

Damn it man, we want #s! Joking aside, looking forward to results. This forum is a nice time killer while floating in the steel building.

I'm about to install the headers and forget about the before and after Dyno pulls. I work 7 days a week 12-14 hours a day, and trying to get to Watson for Dyno pulls is killing me. I've had the headers for weeks now and after hearing ITLRUNs video I must say it's driving me nuts. Mine are full length and off road pipes. So I'm courious how mine will sound.

Have you put your Lund tune on yet? If so, how many miles have you had it on for and how is the engine running compared to stock?

I have not installed it yet, I wanted to Dyno it stock then Dyno it with the headers then the JLT then Lund tune and then E85. But during the holidays Watson was only open 3 days a week and I work 7 days a week, it's hard to get away. I know ITLRUN has kooks headers and I know he beat me to the Dyno. I've had my headers sitting in my garage for almost a month now and I need to find time to take away from my business but I've been up to my ears in work. I'm about ready to just put them on and Dyno it with everything on it. I want to see if I can squeeze 600 flywheel hp from it. And the bs henessey is saying that they got 75-80 lb ft of tq seems like a line of bs to me.

I'm very interested to hear how it will sound with the ARH setup. I'd probably install everything if I were you. I couldn't wait. LOL!

The ARH are long tube. The kooks are mid length. The only reason why I haven't installed them yet is because many people want before and after results.

I don't mean to Hi-Jack, but the Kooks headers are also long tube.

I can't wait to see you get yours together.

No worries, but I was just going by the Sema video. Those are mid length.

Mid-length...

That, or you're watching a different video?

This is what I think of when someone says mid-length headers:

In the video I saw, they look like long-tube... and he refers to them as long-tubes...so ??

These are more mid length. They maybe slightly longer then the mid length you posted, but they are not a true long tube.

Manufacturers of long-tube headers are calling those long-tubes. I had a set of what ARH called "long-tubes" on my Mach 1 and they looked exactly like this except the collector design that ARH frequently uses is a little different.

Google mid-length headers and you tell me if what comes up looks like the picture you posted. I'll keep calling them long-tubes.
