Made in USA from Globally sourced components.
I have a sneaky suspicion 2M, LTH, Krona, etc are all buying from the same offshore bender that makes Stainless Power headers.
Youre probably right. Site clearly says made in Idaho. If that's true, why does it ship from Cali?

Right on.
It would take a bit of leg work but looking up a companies import records online usually tells the story behind the story.

Yep, removing the battery box is a good way to go. I set up an engine support system, drop the K-Member, remove the starter and engine mounts, and the headers come out and go in very easily. One would be surprised how quickly this can be done. Makes life a lot easier.

Too bad the pan isn't cast. A motorcycle jack makes easy work. Which engine support this? Most I've seen are just a cross bar.

Right at six hours of work, 2Ms came out, Kooks went in. Here's a comparison between the two.

Too bad the 2Ms didn't work. the extra length would give you better torque. But it's no good if it gets in the way of shifter controls or the 02 sensors.

Even with a cast pan, I wouldn't use a jack, as it's right in the middle of the work area under the car and having to navigate around it adds to the difficulty.

That's actually two support bars as I don't have a lifting plate yet and the engine mounts came off. So I used lifting points at the corners (front of driver side head, rear of pass side head).

Not according to the seat-of-the-pants dyno. The Kooks are far better....It's going on a chassis dyno pretty soon.

Could be because the O2 sensor is on the right spot. The booster on the Kooks is a good Design.

Agree completely. When I drove it with the 2Ms, it wasn't running the best it could.

Everything about the Kooks is better....I hate to sound like a fan boy, but side-by-side and installed comparisons are night and day different.

We did a shakedown today to fill it up with E85 and I believe my son's reaction tells the story.

Exactly. It's what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it's done, car is together and is a real beast and my son had a blast helping do the swap. But mostly, his reaction a little while ago made every bit of it well worth it. I'm still laughing....

Post up the 2MF's for sale, I'll bet you'll move those faster than I can move my Roush/Kooks 1.75" headers I've have listed.

Yep, there's a Dude on here that expressed an interest, so I'm waiting a bit to give him some time. If he doesn't take them, I'll post them up.

What did you replace the R/Ks with?

Nothing, found them almost new used back in 2017. Illinois Emission testing went sideways around 2018-19 I'm not a fan of no cats and decide not to shell out the money for mantled dual or tri wound highflows.

I used kooks on my 13 Shelby. They fit perfect. No issues. Great quality. I have a pair of cat delete 2M exhaust pipes that I'm splicing Gsport converters into. They seem pretty good but it's tough to screw up something like that.
