Thanks guys, will probably buy the 3" griptec just to have it, but will see what Lund says before I put it on. Catless LTH are next on my list, but just really wanted to get the car on E85 as fast as I could. These high comp motors with boost on 93 fuel makes me nervous.

That's a lot either way for the 6 rib and the engine if your stock. Every 1/4" drop on the 6 rib is 1-2 lbs of boost. I see 11 on the gauge with the 3.25 upper. Drop to a 3 and u maybe you'll see 13 lbs max. I wouldn't recommend running 14 lbs that would like a 2.8~2.75 belt slip would be likely. Run a griptech pulley if you can.

I also have the lethal kit also, congrats. If ur running e85 exclusively I believe it's nicer on the cats because it burns cooler. You would be better served to go catless like most of us with blowers that way you eliminate a potential problem.

I'm catless LTH
Any issues or tips for the Lethal kit? I assume you like it? Was a good price with their sale compared to a Fore setup.

14 lbs of boost even on e85 is a lot. Relieving back pressure is a good idea, but at those boost levels I would plan for a new short block.

They have some application specific fittings to supplement the big rails present on the kit. Can be configured in a variety of ways. And the preassembled pfte lines by fragola makes it a bit more diy.

I don't do my own installs. I always let a competent shop handle those things (major installs) I just go over what I want done with them and they let me know if they can do it with the components I brought them and let them handle it that way. If they need other things I let them pick it up if it isn't a major thing.

That way if something is amiss I can complain and get it fixed. I don't want to work on the car I just wanna drive it.

Edit. For a triple without a discount it's cheaper than a fore double pump two reg system. I liked that it had application specific fittings and pre assembled hoses. Lowers the cost at a shop for install.

Edit 2
I run two pumps all the time. Third one is on off.
Lund advised me not to raise boost any further on 93. Apparently it's edgy for 93 @11-12 pounds in hot climates. Near my home there has been an e85 pump advertised. It's about 15 miles away. Before the nearest e85 pump was 40+ miles away. I don't know if it's worth me dabbling in it because they are so few near me.

Hey guys, worried that I am probably getting a little too much boost for 91 octane. Can anyone confirm what boost they have with the stage 2 3.5" and headers?

Also, can a larger pulley be installed? The 3.5 looks pretty tight already...

3.75 fits, but is tight. 86” belt fits well.

I’ve ran a 3” and attempted a 2.7” on the 6 rib. We have really high density altitude and the 3” made 11 psi.i I had to run the 3.25” recommended belt for the 3” pulley.

you can fit a 3.75” pulley. It’s the largest that’ll fit on the eb

Ok thanks, I'm going for a 3.75, our fuel is total garbage here so want to be safe when I'm just driving around town.

Thanks totally get it. I purchased the 3.75” for 91 octane.. if I’m ever in a pinch. The car has only been on e85 since it was na. I don’t think any boost on 12.1 compression is a great idea

boost aint the problem people wanting to run it ragged or being too cheap and cutting corners is the problem.

throw some torco in the tank bring up that stank 91

Awesome, thanks. In your opinion would a 4" have a chance at all? Or 3.875?
I don't think you can go any bigger on the pulley unless you grind down the blower a bit more than it comes from the factory. I'm running the 3.75 on 91 + Boostane with a Lund tune and I think it's the sweet spot for the street.

Seth in the Edelbrock Facebook group is working on a aux idler kit for the 6 rib, adds more wrap and should let us run 69mm(2.75" pulleys w/o slip). Thats just a mock up piece he made to get the spacing right, said he will test it out once he make a aluminum version

This pic here shows the difference in belt wrap with the aux idler and w/o it
