E85 on 2016 GT

3 days ago I started running E85 in my car and it was running perfect with my gt350 plenum, jlt intake, 47 lb injectors and headers that I've had on it for a while with no problems at all. I got the tune for the E85 and the car was amazing until yesterday when it was pouring rain and I drove through a large amount of water on the road I could not avoid (the water was about a foot and a half deep). The car drove fine on the way back to my house, but an hour later when i went to crank it up it was throwing a p0302 code (misfire in cylinder #2). Is E85 bad to run on a 2016 GT if you have the right tune and injectors? Or could this problem be caused by the water getting into one of my electrical connections? Thanks!

I've not had an issue with e85 yet. Might check cylinder 2 coil pack connection.

E85 won't cause that. I'm not sure why you brought it up considering you drove through a foot and a half of water and then had issues.
