Correct, as long as you have the stock manifold only. Any other manifold (Boss, 18, CJ, etc.) And you will need to upgrade to LU47 injectors minimum.
Right, but if OP had any of those, he would need a tune anyway.

15-17 stock injectors are fully capable of running E85 and tuners will gladly tune for them.
Even tuned you will burn up your injectors trying to keep them at the flow rate necessary to run properly, which is why any other intake that flows more than stock manifold needs more juice.

I’ve never heard of that. Anecdotally, my car ran great with nothing but a Lund FF tune, and my E85 was spicy stuff.

What do the fuel trims look like? Specifically short term at WOT?

Bank one .98 Bank two .99

They hold steady from 3000 to 6000 where I let off.

Measured AF is .85 both banks

Not sure about the OP's area but in many places E85 is still only around E54 this time of year. That could explain why his data looks reasonable.

It is still not reasonable. The car is configured for E10 stock. So with fuel trims within 1% of achieving the commanded AFR, it doesn't add up.

OP - are you sure you don't have a Flex tune loaded? Does the datalog/ngauge (assuming this is what u have since you said calling Lund) show Ethanol % or FF learn?

I topped off with E85, it took 7 gallons to fill the tank. This was an experiment to see if the car would correct for the added alcohol. I have no idea what the actual percentage the E85 is.

Butt dyno says the car is MUCH more responsive to drive. I will get a Flex tune

I have been looking at HP and it looks relatively easy to do

No tune. I did drive for 100 miles before I got on it.

Maybe this is a stupid question, but may I ask why?

Because I'm a hot rodder.
My F150 is flex fuel with the same engine, I want to find out if the mustang is also.

Looking at some flex tunes from HP it looks like it does need a switch turned on and some tables modified.

I want the torque of the truck and the HP of the mustang. Someone needs to design a variable length intake manifold.
